Review 1：There were three different wings at this hotel but this wasn't clear at the point of booking. I would have booked a bigger room had I known.

Review 2：Location was excellent. Access was superb with the shinagawa station was just Opposite the hotel. Small shopping arcade within as well.

Review 3：39th floor, the bar floor is closed in the morning, thus no opportunity for fuji san photos in the morning, some of the service guys could be better in english but basically this is no problem

She pushed my husband and sister's body without asking, while we were just standing in front of the counter and weren't even blocking the way.

They should allow us to do early check-in only for the administration thing like in other hotel we stayed in Japan and can collect the room key after check-in hours in guest relation desk.
