Review 1：Beds could be more comfortable.

Review 2：Lovely location, pool (both inside and outside). Good food and very friendly staff. Great kids club for the children.

Review 3：Large superior rooms were nice but felt not as large as advertised. The rooms are OK for 2 adults & 1child but definitely not 2adults & 2 children. We did get ants which the housestaff put ant powder down but then you were left with surfaces that children couldn't touch. There were a lot of French people staying in this hotel & they were very rude!!

Review 4：The atmosphere & surroundings were delightful. Beautiful garden areas. The spa girls were very good, discreet & professional. Reception staff were very helpful & accommodating. Housestaff were available 24/7.

Review 5：- Lack of free internet to electronic devices - Lack of activities for adults when it is raining - Although not necessarily an issue with the hotel, the sun beds available at the beach were removed by rather rude individuals when we were trying to use some (probably due to end of season) - Having to pay deposit for beach towel (although this was fine overall as it discouraged inefficient turnover)

Review 13：How sad but always getting a sun bed no rushing out at 6am to beat our euro friends. This is typical of this hotel they have got the simple stuff right. Fast helpful reception, no bother at meal times cant hardly remember queuing for anything.

Review 16：Welcome glass of champagne set the scene for a very relaxing holiday. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff was very impressive especially the staff's command of the English language. The food was excellent, varied and in great quantity. The grounds were a pleasure to walk in and the beach was a delight. We will be back next year without doubt.

Review 20：Most hotels provide free wifi in communal areas which would be great if they did this. The hotel is a little way out of the towns. It would help if a courtesy bus ran a little later from the hotel to the town

Review 30：I can't fault much about the hotel, it is located slightly away from everything and nearby towns, so the location is not brilliant but the hotel offer a free bus service into nearby Albufeira and Vilamoura throughout the day, which is very handy.

Review 31：Great hotel, staff were brilliant and very hard working. The facilities are great, with 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna. The food was lovely, had a good range each day that would please most people. The hotel is right next to a very gorgeous beach. Thoroughly enjoyed my holiday.

Review 34：Too remote not enough evening entertainment with same repetitive resident acts. Good for family's but not for couples. My husband and I were only there for a long weekend which was more than enough. Ok if all you want to do is relax and sit about the complex all night.

Review 61：Rooms furniture, bed sheets,cushions & blanket, bathroom/shower are very-very old even shabby, definitely needs to be replaced.Windows (behind curtains) were very dusty although cleaning ladies did rooms every day and changed towels (no need to change daily).

Review 62：Mostly it's area and landscape. territory is fantastic and nicely maintained by personnel. Food was pretty good with a vast choice of dishes although deserts were very poor, biscuit cakes (3-4 variants daily) were not good at all. Fruits are limited.

Review 63：It is way out on its own. Tried to go shopping but shuttle bus was not available on 2 requests. Staff at reception were not one bit friendly despite the fact that I tried hard to be friendly with them and were no way apologetic about the unavailability of the shuttle bus. Referred us to public bus which was a disaster as we were left at a bus station with no shops within reach. Felt like I was a nuisance to the reception staff. Apartments were a bit far from reception area and we were infested with ants on the 4th night. Staff not very friendly at all esp reception staff - which is the first port of call. Beach was very much out of reach also.

Review 64：The shows in eve time. Kiddies shows. Bar service all day. The all inclusive was very good value. The service and quality of food was excellent and availability was also excellent. The layout of the hotel is lovely once you get there. There were 2 staff only, who were any way friendly - the lounge boy in the evening who whistled away as he collected empty glasses and the Compere who looked after evening entertainment (beauty contest in the Theatre on Sat night). They were both like a tonic they were so friendly.

Review 76：Overall it was just three things. The beds could of been better but i guess well used so the sleep was not the best. We had to put the fleece sheet under the bed sheets to take away the pain. The coffee was terrible. I am talking un drinkable and the only better coffee you had to pay for???? The beach had no bar or drinks available so everything would have to be carried down the 90 odd steps and with a child and kit would not be too easy.
