Hotel Planeta Inn sells fast on our site. Centrally located in Novi Sad, the luxurious 4-star Planeta Inn is a 5-minute walk from the National Theatre and the SPENS Sports Centre. It provides easy access to the Novi Sad Fair and features a restaurant serving Italian cuisine.
The hotel was renovated in 2013 and provides well-furnished, spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a minibar. All rooms include a telephone, safe, cable TV and a DVD player. The bathrooms come with a hairdryer.
A rich breakfast buffet is served from 7 am to 10 am. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Hot and cold drinks are available at the café-restaurant. Special diet menus can also be arranged.
Free private parking is available with a previous reservation. Private transportation to and from the airport, as well as other locations, can be provided by Planeta Inn upon request.

Review 1：Everyone smokes in the dining room all day long, including the staff on duty. It's absolutely disgusting. Unless you like inhaling second hand cigarette smoke or are a smoker yourself, you'd be best to avoid the restaurant at all costs. Our clothes stank of cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting and we wouldn't stay there again because of this. This hotel is a non-smokers nightmare.

Review 2：The room had a weird column in the middle of it, but I didn't find it that annoying.

Review 3：The staff was super helpful, and the whole place was very clean. Wi-fi worked like a charm. The location of the hotel was excellent, really close to the center of Novi Sad and it was easy to get around. I will definitely be staying here again.

Review 4：The restaurant has only 1 waiter working. There should be at least 2 so the customers don't have to wait for long. there are more than 10 tables and it is hard for 1 waiter to keep track of what everybody needs.

Review 112：It doesnt have four stars as advertised on booking.com. It has three stars. Breakfast is basic, not too many things to choose. I came to restaurant at half past eight and almost everything was gone, including bread, cheese and eggs. it was resupplied in reasonable time limit however. I had small troubles with water boiler which did not function quite well.

Review 113：Location is perfect, just 100m from city center. Rooms are quite big and contain everything you might need. Hotel is small and almost invisible from the street, but inside its very tastefully arranged and well organised. Stuff is helpful and polite.

Direct bus to the main train/busstation just around the corner. Many small shops, bakeries and snackbars around. There is even a market where you will find nice freshfruits of the season and many other useful things. Very quiet, clean,spatious and attractive rooms . Among the useful stuff there they evenoffer you disposable bedroom slippers! As it was already mentioned youwill hardly find such a level for the price in a comparable europeancity. I stayed many times in this hotel the past couple of years and Iwill certainly return. It´s always a little bit like coming home. Thankyou for the hospitality!

Review 131：... It seems that Nikola Tesla was the last Serbian who knew about electricity. It is hard to believe but almost no electric device worked normally. In the room we got the air conditioner and the fridge were both out of order. We complained (it was a very hot day) and they found another room for us: a very strange one, no window at all. The air condition worked well there, but the fridge did not. Another thing that did not work correctly was the electric water heater in the bathroom: it only produced hot water when the tap in the shower was fully turned on, which meant that either one could take cold shower or very very hot. (Hint: while taking shower turn on also the hot water tap in sink). Compared to that the fact that the TV restarts everyone you open the room door does not seem to be any problem at all. But regardless of all of that I think I still would recommend this hotel. Hope they will find a better electrician....

Review 132：The hotel is very well located: in a walking distance from the city center, but not in the strict center so easy to drive to. We could park our car in an underground garage (no fee). The hotel halls look very ****. and also the furniture in the rooms is new, clean and very decent quality (only the carpets in the rooms are not so now). The bathrooms seem to be renovated recently, with very elegant tiling. Breakfast was decent, and the staff very friendly and nice. It seems that they really want to run a good hotel. There is however one dark cloud on the blue sky....
