Review 1：This was our second trip to the Galaxy hotel... This time we had room 206... Must be above the hotel boilers or kitchens as we had to leave our window open most of the time, air conditioning on its coldest made no difference.... It was -12 outside..... This hotel is great for a short break.... Going to try somewhere different next trip

Review 14：Although the room was comfortable there were a few noisey guests and we struggled to sleep through the banging and crashing from other rooms during a few nights of our week long stay ! The girls working in the reception bar didn't seem very pleased to serve us.

Review 16：Only thing that let the hotel down was the female staff at this hotel. They arn't very friendly. Didn't smile and make me feel welcome. It was like they weren't interested because we were English. But this didn't affect my holiday so overall I enjoyed my stay.

Review 26：I had made three requests from their list, 1) A ground floor room 2) A quiet room 3) A double bed. My room was on the second floor, opposite a very noisy building site with two single beds. The air conditioner didn't come close to cooling the room. The staff were surly.

Review 34：Hotel was in a great location steps away from a large shopping mall, overlooking a long canal, very pleasant surroundings. All areas of Kraków we visited by taxi, they took a couple of minutes to arrive and were very very cheap. The hotel is modern, very well kept, clean & comfortable, has a very nice pool area complete with sauna and steam room aswell as a small gym room which come in handy. All staff we encountered were very helpful and always smiling which is a plus. We visited Auschwitz which we booked from hotel reception, easy and cheap and we had a fantastic day out, deffo a must if you stay in Kraków. If you are thinking of staying in Kraków you will not regret picking this hotel, very high quality for a very low price.

Review 36：The walk along the river was great to get to local restaurants. Needed to take a cab to the city center but maybe only 20 zlotys.

Review 37：This hotel is wonderful! All services and more are available and the service is amazing! On the first night they delivered extra pillows and blankets with a smile. There is a new shopping mall with English movies and a grocery store accros the street. The spa was also great with friendly staff.

Review 38：I booked a business room and missed a larger bed and an electric iron. It's not essential for a 4-star hotel but would make it perfect as a business hotel. The ventilation is quite loud at night.

Review 42：The breakfast was great! The hotel was very clean and fresh. The poolarea and saunas was really nice. It took 2 minutes to walk to the closest shoppingmall and about 25 min to walk to Old Town.

Review 43：This hotel is excellent. The staff are lovely and very attentive.The hotel spa is great and was very quiet during our stay meaning we mostly had it to ourselves. The room was comfortable and very clean. Food at the hotel is nice and reasonably priced. Location is good and taxis to the main square, Jewish District etc take no longer than 10 minutes. Taxis are very cheap.

Review 44：you have to wait in the line if you want to get to SPA in the evening. this happens almost every evening. Crazy, especially when you get to the hotel just to relax late in the evening in the SPA after a long drive trip

On TV No USB ports to charge anything There is an ironing board in the room, but no iron. That is an additional charge!
