Review 1：The restaurant staff are more into supporting larger groups and ignored individuals. (Al bustan) Indirectly apply pressure to get a better rating for their surveys :( , (Pakistani restaurant)

Review 2：I didn't like food quality. Wifi at Fanoos was good but no network in the room. Staff should commit what they could deliver. Sanitary need upgrade

Review 3：Room interiors could use some renovation. AC units are old. Needs to be more generous with room amenities: few towels, very little drinking water provided (hotel advises against drinking tap water). Rate provided upon direct contact quite lower than through Booking.com

Review 5：They deducted 16000 from my card instead of blocking the money. The roomwas dry bar has only juices and soft drink'S. It was not worth ofmoney that I paid I checked out the same day.

Review 7：We were on 8th floor and spotted 2 small cockroaches that I informedstaff to get proper fumigation.I had paid cash as deposit at checkin for and at check out paid small balance Rs 8100 . Hotel later charged this equivalent to my security credit card ( double charge ) . On my follow up this was credited back still it required some follow up and that I lost some money in currency conversion ( for no fault of me ).

Review 9：The check in and check out staff were rude and blatantly called me a liar when I told them that I hadn't consumed a redbull from the mini bar. It was later removed after he saw me visibility upset. One one of the nights my room wasn't made up and had to wait till 1 for the make up staff to show up

I asked for a bar of soap whicharrived at 12:35 at night, after 2.5 hours and scores of phone calls.The large windows were so dirty that one could not see through them. Thedesk was sticky as it had not been cleaned properly. The duty managerwas no where to be found. The list can go on and on. This was a room atthe Executive floor.

Review 21：- VPN/Wifi - Beaware if you need VPN on road and you counting on wifi here. It may not impact all guest, but if you are a working professional then this could be deal breaker for you (caused a lot problem, but not for wife :) ) I needed to dial in for few hours for work while on the road. However their Internet was blocking VPN. After I inquired, frontdesk struggle to understand the problem ( it's bit technical). Later they said it is available in premium room. I was unable to confirm though Also wifi is available but it's different network in every room, lobby and floor. Please have your IT fix this... I realize I am being very hard and it may not effect all guest.... - Air condition was not up to the task. It gets hot in karachi, Guest would welcome improvement here - Office chair with lumber support and wheel for extended (laptop) desk work - Morning front desk Personnel - I realize it's busy with morning checkouts but they should still maintain same courtesy level as evening and nights :)

There was some work going next day both room, and we couldnt sleep. Noise of drill and hammer next door The lobby service is absolutely useless, takes 40 mins to bring a coffee after several wrong orders presented to us. The cigar room was out of order the room service is pretty slow our driver complained about the basement parking is of nothing but filth. The toilet was disgusting and the parking was smelling. I wish we went for Intercontinental rather than this movenpick .

Review 46：I traveled from Australia to pakistan (Karachi), I made my booking online through booking.com. One of my business client was supposed to meet me but she was stopped at the entrance, even upon my several request she wasn't allowed to meet me personally in my room. What sort of international hotel chain it is? You can't meet any women in your hotel room, no matter if it's your relative or friend or client.

Review 47：i went there with my wife . the front desk officer was rude with my wife fornot carrying her nic althought i had my nic later none accompanied us till room we had to go ourselves thirdly we were unable to find switches , wifi was not connecting, and no shampoo and lotion in the room. we called for assistance but none showed up . after an hour we got shampoo and lotion. very bad experience altogether

The breakfast was terrible, omelet was without taste!! Even the food in the lobby restaurant was not good at all!!
