Review 1：When entering the hotel from parking, the doors sould be automated because it's hard to enter with suitcases, when going out of parking delivery van blocked the way and I have to wait and move my car, not enough electric plugs in room, and all those things are unacceptable for 5 star hotel and presidential suite

Review 3：I really liked the accommodation, the beds are really comfortable and the staff is very professional and helpful. I especially enjoyed the food, it was fresh and tasty.

Review 10：The restaurant was informed before our groups arrival (13 travellers in addition to 2-3 local persons), and they insured us we would be taken good care of. However, when we ordered the food, some of the dishes were sold out. But the worst was that one of the travellers did not get any food whatsoever, as the kitchen had run out of food.

Review 12：Air conditioner was malfunctioning, when asked hostess to fix this or switch room, they wasn't able to solve the issue. As result, night in hell (the heat was terrible)

Review 14：Hotel plays music on the corridors. It's nothing wrong but it started at 07.30 am on Sunday. If you want to sleep longer you may have a problem with this :-(

Review 16：Breakfast must be richer for a 5* hotel. SPA is weird (2 levels in basement). There are no showers when you exit the (very small) finish sauna - you have to go up the stairs to take the shower. No tea or fruits in the spa area. Have asked for a non-smoking room but were given one (very small) smelling on cigarettes (made no objections since we stayed only 1 night).

Review 17：Super friendly staff. Location only a few minutes from the city center with taxi (not expensive). Outside pool area is nice.

Review 18：The restaurant food. Breakfast is OK but the lunch/dinner menu was horrible. Serbian food has been so wonderful everywhere but the restaurant in the hotel was exceptionally terrible. Will not eat in the restaurant again if offered a choice. Salads were not fresh, Grilled dishes in some weird sauces, "teriyaki" sauce was some kind of peanut butter sauce (Thai?) and on top of that, it costed twice as much as elsewhere. Go somewhere else for food (again breakfast is OK).

Review 22：The final price is increased by ~10% because of the exchange rate they use to convert the booking.com price. The air conditioning is very loud and was not powerful enough. We had to choose to sleep with annoying AC noise or with open windows and mosquitoes. The shower doors leaked a lot of water and we had to clean it twice until we learned how to minimize it.

Review 28：Breakfast was very rich, lot of things to choose, but I didn't like the quality of some of the products :( For example, pies were looking not very fresh.... similar with some other products... But on the other side, buffet was very, very rich so we were able to find tasteful breakfast :) The hotel is not in the city center, but in 15-20 minutes walks you can arrive in the centre

Review 49：This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated. The building itself is beautiful and modern. Breakfast was very delicous! The staff were very helpful and provided maps. They also accommodated is with a quiet room as we were checking in late in the evening. Very close to the city center. I would come back again!

Review 50：The room was too warm and stuffy. Had to open and close the window several times to cool the room down. I wanted to control the room temperature. The controls did not help. Front desk said it is floor heating in rooms and when the temp outside fluctuates they cannot control the inside temps. This explanation was unacceptable to me.

Review 51：Had VERY noisy neigboughs bext to my room. They came in at 5 and where drunk. After two complaints at the frontdesk it kept going on. The manager found that he could not throw these people out because they paid for the room. Drung guest are probably more important that business guests. To bad for the other nice people that work there, but the manager took care of the fact that I will never come back!!

Review 54：The staff are clearly very well trained as all seem very capable and more than willing to help, with a friendly touch. They provide service par excellence and will do things for guests that maybe are considered as outside of their normal remit. They helped us enormously.

Review 55：Tricky to find, especially as most EU satnavs refuse to work in Serbia (ours thinks Novi Sad is in a field about five miles from the outskirts of the city). Hardly the hotel's fault, but worth knowing in advance. A tablet with google maps, or similar, is your best bet. Also, every time we stay, no matter which room we stay in, we always seem to be next to a barking dog. It stops barking quite early, and stays quiet overnight, but I suspect it is following us around the hotel.

Review 56：We have stayed here several times, always after a long day of driving, and we always leave the next morning feeling refreshed. The spa/pool never seems to have anyone in it, which is great when you want a quiet soak. Parking is secure, rooms are very comfortable, nice spacious and powerful showers, staff are very efficient, the restaurant is very good, and everything is so cheap. It always seems so silly that this is so cheap when a very much below par hotel in Germany, or Italy for example, would cost several times as much. Novi Sad itself is worth seeing - a very young, vibrant, and charming place.

Review 58：The location is a bit - but not horribly - further from the centre than is ideal. There was a disgusting stain on the blanket in my room. Exactly the one you don't want to see when you wake up.
