Review 1：The beach front location was excellent. There are great restaurants within walking distance and downtown area was only a few blocks away. Spotlessly clean!

Review 3：The room was just steps from the beach. If we needed extra coffee, creamer, etc we were provided with it. There was laundry facilities on the property. It was quiet.
Review 4：the beach chairs are to short for older people need some type of seating outside the rooms when you want to sit outside near the room in the am or pm hours some choushions on the wood chairs too

Review 6：It's a VERY tired property. The beds were lumpy (didn't sleep). The bed linen is gross - old, nubby. The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade. It wouldn't have been so bad, but it's VERY expensive for what it is!

Review 8：we stayed three nights. the first two were horrible b/c the air conditioner was not working properly in our room. we questioned the mgr. on the first day when we noticed that the cooler was not working properly, he commented that the unit was new and that we needed to turn the fan off, he never offered to have someone come look at it. On the third day we saw the maintenance man and asked him to check it out, he agreed that there was something wrong with the unit and that we should speak to mgt. to request a room change. Two miserable days/nights could have been avoided if mgr. would have taken more action other than to assume unit was new so it must be working properly. finally got a room change on third/final day, with no offer of compensation for the other two days.

Review 10：The only bad experience was that they didn't offer late check out, it would have been nice not to rush out of there. Also the parking wasn't the best, very small crammed spaces.

Review 24：thebed was very uncomfortable. the amenities were really poor. styrofoam cups for the coffee,very cheap plastic water glasses. teeny tiny bar ( 1 ) of soap. all they have going for them is the vicinity to the ocean. we were very disappointed.

They are setting themselves up for a potential lawsuit on this one! It could have been a child or what if you were washing your face & it did this! Carpets need to be cleaned! Parking is a problem! People would park there & go to the beach! Not enough for as many rooms as they have!
