Review 1：Location was a bit difficult to find at first, and minibar prices a bit steep even compared to EU hotels. But these are minor issues in relation to the excellent hospitality I enjoyed.

Review 2：Everything, but especially the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Bathroom with glass wall is perfect, large, clean rooms and balcony. Can only recommend.

Review 3：Booking.com reservations rules are not being respected by the hotel, although we supposed to pay during our stay the hotel has charged the credit cards 2 days before our arrival. Food choices are poor, no good WIFI

Review 5：Hotel's decoration, size, services and amenities are simply perfect. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. My room was perfectly set by staff. Needless to say that beds and pilows are comfy! Hotel staff are gentle, welcoming, and professional. Breakfast was delicious. Divan is an institution in Turkey and well deserves its status. Do not miss the thermal pool experience!

Review 6：The fitness center was closed during "KURBAN BAYRAMI" ( ourreligious festival) which was a totally unacceptable situation since mywife had to use it regularly in the hotel. The manager on duty and allstaff have tried to do their best to overcome the problem upon my insistand they arranged another hotel's fitness center in the city byarranging the transport as well. It was the staff's success to solvethe problem as much as possible but even this could never correct thefault of the hotel management or headquarters of the chain since theyhad made a mistake in the contract with the contractor of the fitnesscenter and they could not prevent their closing of the fitness centerfor any time.even though we were able to use the other hotel'sfitness center, it was a tiring action for us as it was 5 km away and itwas a funny thing as we were there for resting , not to run after someother hotels.

Review 9：Friendly staffs , cooperative , with nice smile, the booked rooms as I expected , my booking was for two rooms as I came with my wife and four children , and they provide me two rooms with inter- connection, which facilitate our stay, I appreciated their help in taxi service. The breakfast was with Turkish style , I liked it. Internet Wi-Fi service was good. Air condition was good also.

Review 12：The balcony was very noısy as ıt overlooked the maın Street and an overground actıve traın route. The food a la cart was nothıng specıal. The hotel was very dıffıcult to fınd as the stated address was wrong.

Review 16：The only negative is simply that there are many Saudi tourists stayingthere (I think in Bursa in general) and this has nothing directly to dowith the hotel. I just had the uncomfortable experience of being theonly woman at the pool until a Turkish lady came along (yay!). It is oddfor us Americans to experience segregation of the genders.

Review 17：It seemed to be easily accessible by car. We had gone to Bursa to visita friend, so I considered the Divan since it is on a major road. It isnot really walking distance to the old town area, but it was quiet atnight. The restaurant meals we had were very good. The experience I haddoes make me want to try other Divan hotels!

Review 18：First when i checked in they give me standard room while my reservation was delux room and after ihad review my reservation and talked to reception they changed my room i think this is a shame...?
