Review 21：1. Problem with locking the sliding door to balcony. 2. Ironing board not in good condition and uncomfortable to do ironing. 3. The room is supposedly overseeing the sea from the balcony but blocked by a building structure. 4. Wifi can only be access from the lobby which is difficult for me to do my writing work from the room. 5. Security of the room is questionable as the main entrance to the room use a small latch as a lock from inside.

Review 23：My room was leaking and it makes my bed wet. Plus, the aircond wasnt functional well and theres blackout of electricity everytime I turn on the water heater. Overall, it was not so good and I didnt get a good sleep during my stay there because of the leaking and the water went out straight to my face during sleep. I should at least get refund during the check out though I've complaint about it but the staff just smile and do nothing about it.

Review 25：The place is pretty run down... Needs refurbishment, interior,bathroom,carpets,elevators,air-condition... We were on the 10th floor. Also after we had the "Do not disturb"out to sleep in, the room was not cleaned at all.

Review 29：The layout of the bathroom cos after a shower (never got any hot water) the seat, floor and toilet paper roll would be wet. No mini fridge (very very very hot and humid weather). The maid left our door open once after cleaning. We came back and found the door ajar and got very upset with the lack of responsibility.

Review 31：My room located at 4th floor. I ride an elevator to 4th floor and I have to go through an event hall, climb stairs up to one floor and walk through a few office rooms to reach my rooms. It's quite scary when it comes to midnight. And also the wifi coverage didn't reached my rooms.

Review 32：Located above shopping mall and surrounded with eateries. There is a duty-free shop next to the hotel in case for last minute shopping. 8 mins driving to Kuah Town and 10 mins to Jetty Point. Room are quite spacious and also bed is comfortable and clean.

Review 35：We request a extra bed but bed we have to place in the room by our own,but without bedsheets, request an hair dryer but no send up till 45 minutes after 2nd calling,ask for an extra key card but hotel staff does not allowed to issue,I came together with my friends,had mentioned to the staff during night shift said I gonna sleep now pls issue a new key,but the staff mentioned say no.just mention room number when friend came back.but what if is stranger mention my room number but do something in my room???? Pls be more security of the room!

Review 37：There was some kind of building work involving heavy pneumatic drills going on during the day time (starting around 10am). I think maybe they are replacing the roof. The corridors could do with new carpet and the elevators are a bit tatty, although the room itself was fine with obviously new furniture and equipment.

Review 38：The location was very convenient as it was inside a shopping mall that had places to eat, a supermarket, cinema etc. The breakfast was a pretty good buffet. The room was big, with new furniture although the hotel building itself is starting to look a bit old.

Review 43：We were told that wifi wasn't available in the rooms but only at reception area (they said its because its very weak and slow), however I was able to get them to give me the password for my floor and it worked fine (2 out of 3 bars)

Review 44：When I booked the hotel, I didn't realize there was no beach there. The 'happening' beaches area is about 10 KMs away but easy to get to by taxi (the fares are posted by the taxi stand outside so you know exactky how much to pay). The hotel itself is located within a small shopping centre and also has a movie theatre. Lots and lots of street and local food a few blocks away. This was probably the best deal for the time in December that we went.

Review 51：Certain staff are not well trained on hospitality, quite rude. I booked 2 rooms that come with breakfast for 4 pax and we were 5. Before I could explain that I was willing to pay for the extra person the staff rudely pointed out that there was an extra person as if assuming that we are trying to sneak in. Room door is hard to open/close.

Review 55：The only complaint i had is the breakfast provided. There was not much of variety of food served. As me and my hubby have allergy to seafood, our choices were more limited. The staff did not provide us with proper info when we inquire regarding any use of seafood priducts in food.

Review 57：we book island hopping tour from the reception which proves horrible experience for us. first they charged private trip, but when we reached the jetty we were told that we have to share with 2 other families. Life jacket for infants were not available. On return the boat petrol finishes with about 2 km distance left & we have to wait for half an hour on a rough sea with continuous raining. there were 6-7 kids with us & all were scared with the situation. On return to the hotel, when we complaint the management they dont pay any attention not even show any sympathy. very cruel staff.
