Review 1：Only stayed in a studio...a bit to small..door stop on bathroom floor beside toilet very dangerous. ..a mirror needed in the room area

Review 3：Lots of steps up and down to rooms, as 9 floors and to get to level 3 overlooking the sea, you have to take one lift to 5 to take another further along to go to 3, other than that not bad.

We had to leave this accommodation early due to bad backs. When booking it should have been a superior room, it wasn't they changed us 3 times. We ended up with a deluxe standard.

Review 33：Someone else in our apartment when we arrived.Also huge cockroach infestation in entire 'K' block.Second Aprt had green tarpaulin 12ft high directly facing terrace.They wanted an extra 250E to move us to the third apart (1 bedroom) which is what we initially booked.We declined and ended up, totally exhausted, accepting a small twin bed studio at the same cost as the 1 bedroom double that we had originally booked :(

Review 41：We booked a "Superior One Bed Apartment with sea/poolview". The room most certainly was not superior in any way. Friendsbought exactly the same specified room from booking.com and got a muchbetter room, we complained but were told it was the view that made theroom superior. No amount of complaining was going to make the receptionstaff change their stance that ours was a superior room. Our room had apokey and noisy bedroom, very smelly bathroom (constant overpoweringdrains smell) and the decor was tatty. Avoid!

Review 49：We had an absolutely dreadful experience on this holiday in clube praia da oura. Last time we visited I put up an amazing review because we had a class holiday. That was in April 2015. We stayed in October 19th- 24th and everything was just fine until we set off for the Airport on Thursday morning. We had booked the Transfer from our reception desk at the hotel on Tuesday night. We gave the booking confirmation details to the receptionist and she made the reservation for us with Follow Me Transfer company. They turned up 15 minutes late and by the time we got to the airport, the boarding gate was closed. We did not get the flight home. I was just devastated. There was no other flight with our airline until 24 hours later and we were not in a position to stay any longer as we were out of money. Air lingus was flying out 11 hours later and this cost us 664.00 Euro. We had to use a credit card and this was money we didn't have. We are waiting, waiting, waiting for a reply from clube praia da oura. We rang them twice from the airport. We were so upset. We emailed them and so far they have Not nswered. If we get a reply and a form of recompense we will feel a bit better. Awful afwul thing to happen. Worst part was lack of communication from our all time favourite hotel. Teresa

Review 50：I would like to provide an update to my previous review in September 2015. Clube praia Da Oura have been in touch with us and a resolution has been reached. We are very happy that they engaged positively with us and I would like to add that at no time were we dissatisfied with the facilities, staff, accommodation at the hotel. Quite the contrary in fact. Review 58：Loved the location and the gardens that the resort was set in. Stayed in one of the older rooms but it was still good, everything was clean and had a nice view from balcony. Swimming area was good, a little crowded but also very good access to beach.

Review 85：As the resort is huge (I'd estimate over three hundred apartments) some people will obviously be a lot further from the sea than they'd wish. There's a huge variety of apartments here, some privately owned or 'Club Infiniti,' rooms, which can cause confusion, some rooms have Jacuzzis outside while others are very basic! Make sure you get what you asked for especially if booking through this website!!! We booked a Superior Sea View Room via Booking.com and were disappointed when we arrived to get a room with no proper balcony, over-looking the car park with old fashioned décor . When we complained we were moved to a much nicer room on the eastern side of the complex with a sea view.

Review 86：Great location, extremely close to Praia Da Oura beach and other beaches. Lovely beach side restaurants and cafes over looking the sea a two minute walk away . Five minute to the busy New Town Strip , pharmacies, wide variety of restaurants and bars. Well kept resort with three pools and two bars and a restaurant. Good entertainment for families with music and a bouncy castle every evening. Could not hear music rom our side f the apartment which was a bonus as we did not have kids.

Review 91：The hotel has 3 buildings , only one with airco. If you stay near the beach you cannot choose room with airco. The buildings are not comfortable to access to the beach if you travel with people that cannot walk so easily. Complicated Arquitectura of hotel. They don't clean rooms every day. Privacy of rooms in the sea front building is not ensured.

During the 5 days we stayed there our room was cleaned only once and we were given only two small pouches of shampoo. When we asked for some more, they said we only give shampoo for the first day. No beach towels were given,the beds were too narrow and uncomfortable.

Review 132：It cost us an additional 7.50 euros per night on arrival for cot hire, which booking.com didn't inform us - not a great start, as we could have taken our own had we known. The cleaner came (once) while our toddler was napping, so we asked her to come back, but she didn't, so the floor was very sandy by the last few days. There was no broom in the apartment for us to do it ourselves. We were disappointed that there is no longer kids entertainment in the evenings outside of school holidays - presumably since it changed management.

Review 133：Great for kids. We spent our mornings on the beach, had lunch at the beach cafe, then went back to the swimming pool (which had warmed up a little by the afternoon). A bit hilly with the pushchairs, but it also gave us a good view from our apartment. The beach is great for kids, with rock pools and nice sand.

Review 142：The check in was tediously slow, and the rooms initially allocated were in a recently acquired annex which is separate to the main complex, and not what we expected from previous stays. After some discussion back at reception different rooms were allocated, but very far from the beach.
