Review 1：Breakfast issue: That one time at the breakfast they had raw eggs (they forgot to boil them). But I am sure that this happend only once and that it is not a regular thing. So it is not really a bad thing about the hotel.

Review 2：It is a new hotel with definitely a 4 star hotel. It has all the facilities you would expect. The room was clean, we had 2 Samsung Flat TVs in each room of the apartment. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, and the hotel staff changed the towels even if we stayed only 2 nights

Review 3：Wifi, each floor it is own router. But not on the 9th floor.

Review 4：Service was excellent by all staff members! Apartment for just 10 euro more its more than worth it, spacious,luxery.

Review 5：Location is not great, but it's nearby Etara & Triyavna, which are worth visiting. The spa and sky lounge are yet to be completed. All double rooms are with twin bed and only apartments are with double bed.

Review 7：Top of bed is placed into the wall, very easy to bang your head. Serious design fault. small lifts, you will be waiting some time if the hotel is busy. Hotel is very new, (Feb 2015) has some small problems, such as broken coffee machine

Review 9：The location is a little remote and the view (some old comunist factories) hasn't much to offer, but the room are so nice decorated that it really doesn't care much.

Review 10：Brand new, modern and cosy hotel. Confort at his best, very nice people,excellent breakfast.Prices are incredible low judging the confort you get in this hotel.We had a perfect stage-stop in our trip, this hotel was a very nice surprise.
