Review 1：Walk, walk and just walk to get to your fun area. Wasn't helpful.

Review 2：Activities for family members are good, but should have some guidelines to roaming around.

Review 3：Pathetic services,dirty piles of laundry out side the rooms at the time of check in with lots and lots of flies around.The most unhiginic thing is watching room services using the same towel for the guests to wipe floor of the room..yuck.waste of money and time..no dresscode for water activities..they need lot of improvent in every aspect ...

Review 6：My party was organized by the Ms Shanila who is the coordinator at admin office , thank you Shanila for arranging the party and transportation . This was my second time staying at the resorts and will come again . On my next trip please have staff driver who should now karachi city well ? I was about to missed my flight from Karachi to Lahore. This resorts is one of kind in Asia to relaxed and have wonderful vacation .

Review 7：Very Friendly english speaking staffs , they really take care of me . Bistro restaurant is awesome service , Mr Muhammad Ali Saif is well manner staff in Bistro .

Review 8：The water in the pools were cold and some facilities were late after 22 30. Should have been a bit earlier during colder seasons.

Review 10：Room was very cold no heaters were provided the night tables were far from the bed. phone was kept far away from beds mini bar didnt have anyting accept for 2 juices and 2water only one car available to take people to the chalets over all a bad stay

Review 12：It was so boring place that I preferred to suffer a financial loss and left the hotel earlier than planned. Most of the times there were more staff members than guest. Many staff members were staring at women of my family. By paying close attention, it was easy to see that the rooms were not properly cleaned. I will not stay there again.

Review 14：Food quality was not at par. They could do a better job. Rooms also need to be upgraded with better decor. Even though staff is very good but their uniforms and personal hygiene needs to be checked upon. Too many ride operators look busy on their phones and zoned out. Need more upbeat staff.

Review 15：We really enjoyed the attractions and water related activities. The fact that they open these attractions at night for guests is amazing. Rooms were comfortable and overall environment was family friendly. Will definitely recommend to others but also hope they consider the suggestions as well.

Review 16：To find out the timings of the facilities we had to find out ourselves where many a times we were misguided as the on duty staff wasn't aware of all facilities timings. Would suggest that a welcome guide should be provided to the guests. The timings of facilities were not enough that is out of a stay of 22 hours facilities were available for 5 hours. Late night facilities is not convenient for families with kids. Would suggest the facilities such as water facilities should be open in the morning from 7 to 12 atleast. There were mosquitos in the room which was very disturbing. Also the maintenance needs to be improved as there was a Lizard in the room which disturbed our sleep n the family.
