Review 1：Excellent staff, spacious room with underfloor heating which, when outside temperature is minus 17, is GOOD. We were upgraded without asking . Restaurant very good with varied menu. Try the Portofino steak.

Review 2：Very slow checkout, cold rooms even with heating on maxium temperature was 18°c. The state they have a spa, but you can't even get a massage... and I didn't know you could get 4 start but not have an elevator. Many hairs in my bathroom. No power outlet close to the bed to charge your Phone and have your alarm clock closeby.

Review 7：We arrived late (just before 11pm)and I had pre ordered a cold snack of cheese and wine. On arrival, a table had been set for us with food and drink ready. We were also offered a choice of hot food which we thought was going the extra mile.

Review 8：disco downstairs, noisy neighbours, no additional pillow in the room although children under 10 may share the bed for free. The price was high enough to have more comfort.

Review 11：The hotel was modern enough. Good price. My mum and dad got an upgrade the room was beautiful,My own room was lovely too and clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were nice, music in the downstairs restaurant was good.

Review 12：This hotel is close to airport . Staff very good. We have stayed here on 3 occasions. On the most recent visit, we had hoped to dine in the excellent restaurant, but there was a wedding reception taking place and the restaurant was closed. However, we were able to order from the full menu and to dine in our room. Later ,the music from the wedding party was too loud for us to sleep and the night manager moved us to a suite which was much quieter and at no extra cost.

Review 17：The gym and swimming pool were superb. The restaurant was very good also. I started work early every morning and the staff were very helpful by booking a taxi and arranging a packed lunch.

Review 18：Actually receptionist (male ) was sleeping when on the visitors sofa without shoes , I court him when I wanted check out at 5am .I have to wake him up 3times , and after he woke up and walked with no shoes to reception! That's disgusting.

Review 20：The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. In my view the restaurant PortoFino is actually the major bonus to the hotel as the kitchen is fantastic!!! The SPA area is also good.

Review 21：Just after arrival we had unpleasant discussion with the evening shift receptionist. We booked rooms for smokers and booking.com allowed to choose those, but receptionist argued strongly it's not possible. His attitude was also somewhat questionable, together with chewing gum. We reach the agreement, but the whole thing was unnecessary. Then we found a spider in the corner of the room, what proved they are not crazy about cleaning.

Review 22：Location is ok if you travel on via Baltica, but it's not close to city center. We had fantastic dinner in the restaurant. Morning staff very nice and efficient. Breakfast with good choices.

Review 23：- rude, lazy receptionist with attitude - dirty - double bed for couple with two small covers and in general just two small beds put together... really? -in the restaurant there was a wedding, so we got all songs from it in our room - breakfast included was lower than average and nothing for vegetarians - good for 2stars, but not more -staff wise by far worst hotel this year - never again

Lovely big couch and 2 seater couch in my room but no cushions, they brought me some bed pillows when I asked, and no waste bin in the room. It did not really bother me but there was no lift so someone with walking difficulties would find it hard. Last drinks in the bar were fairly early about 11.15 pm

Review 34：I had an luxury suite which exceeded my expectations, very large, a huge terrace 2 tvs a great bathroom with a large bath and all very clean. Breakfast in my room was free of charge. Definitely a 5* suite. lovely bar and restaurant and a great gym.

Review 35：SPA closed after day 1 for a major refurbishment. We were not told this at time of booking and would have stayed in the centre if we knew as mainly chose this hotel for SPA facility.

We couldn't watch TV from the bed as it was downstairs. ..., honestly, I couldn't understand what was wrong at that hotel. Very bad welcome to Kaunas.

Breakfast service is slow - you can see empty plates on self service table for quite long time and will wait for your Omelette for 20 min.

Review 114：The room, or more accurately the suite, had a large living area, massive bathroom and nice size bedroom. Bit disappointed by the 2 single beds but they had been pushed together before I got there. The bathroom and mini bar were both well equipped with supplies. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was great. However the breakfast want amazing but was sufficient the orange juice was felt squeezed which was a nice touch but the bread all seemed a bit stale as were the pastries I tried. However the coffee more than made up for it. We made use of the spa facilities on both evenings and that was very nice. The gym also looked well equipped. There was no soap in the gym showers so remember to take your own if you're not going back to your room to shower after the gym / spa. Although free the WiFi speed was very disappointing.

Review 125：The best of our stay at Hermis has been the kindness of the hotel's staff. Really nice and clean hotel. Not near from the center but located in a big avenue with bus and taxi is really cheap. A bit cold because of big rooms but as fast as we noticed to the reception, they brought us a heather. Nice continental buffet for breakfast. Also really good place for relax as the spa is not crowded, we shared with only 5 people: swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, solarium and massage. Good price for them. We recommend it.

Review 126：The best value for money I have ever seen. Nice room, excellent W-Lan connection, very friendly and helpful staff, a gym that is far above average with perfect opening hours for business travellers (7:00 - 22:00), a very nice pool with all amenities one might desire. The restaurant is good, breakfast is fine. The only recommendation I could make is staffing the "bar" at the gym and putting more ashtrays outside the hotel entry. But that is only to make my AAA to an AAA+.

Review 127：Reception staff weren't the most helpful - we arrived 10 minutes earlyand we were checked in the room which was not ready. They refused tochange the room and after asking them to do it twice they managed toswap it for us. We had two storey room and the handrail upstairs wasn'tsecured at the top. Also, there is no lift in the hotel and no doublebeds. All rooms have single beds only pushed together even they sell itas a double rooms.
