Review 1：Could be cheaper Far to centrum and complicated local transport for first stay Should be direction suggestions on the web TV just four local channels

Review 3：not a best location, fine with a car. bed mattress was very very old and slept a lot in, i felt like in a valey ;) beds were from steel which i have not seen in a 4**** hotel before.. wifidid not work, we had not signal in our room. tv is rather ancient ;) so spent time reading a book ;)

Review 5：The beds are horrible, the breakfast was quite frantic. The music was very uptempo dance music. Not something I want to hear when I wake up. Also the level of professionalism is not really there with the kitchen or restaurant staff.

Breakfast the best buffet as well as hot food. Swimming pool, spa and sauna wonderful after a long day touring the lovely city. Staff more than accommodating. Perfection plus. English excellent. Review 17：Awful broken bed, soviet style room that is crying for a re-painting, re-carpeting, and basically all kind of repair, no internet connection. Breakfast were so so... Not like in other star hotels. After staying in this hotel I've started wondering how did he got 4 stars....

Review 21：It is very difficult to find the entrance of the hotel as it is in fact through a factory…..??? .. without proper signs. The entrance cover (as well as other parts of the hotel) is badly designed so as if it rains it is impossible to put the luggage in your car without getting wet …??

Review 22：It was difficult to find the hotel, even with our GPS. There was a 800m walk to the nearest tram station. The hotel would not serve a drink at night.

Review 38：Whilst there were many wifi options that were free in the hotel it was difficult to get a signal and maintain it. It kept on dropping out and reconnecting to another IP address in the hotel and drop out so down loading data was very hard, at one time there were 7 IP address options for the hotel OK if they work and became annoying and flustrating when they didn't. THIS is my only complaint. If you offer free wifi make it good especially in a business hotel.

Review 39：Whilst not on a main route and would not have found this hotel without the internet and booking.com I'm glad we did as it was very quite but had all the emineties of any larger city 4 star hotel. The food was superb if the menu was small, but better small and good than large and poor quality. The rooms themselves were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends for leisure and business.

Review 44：Though tthe reception said that the guests are given towels at the recreation centre (sauna&swimming pool), this did not work. Once we could finally get towels after some arguing, but the other time we had to go back to our room to bring towels from there. The variety of foods on the breakfeast talble is somewhat limited and can easily get boring if you stay longer than 1 night only. The location of the hotel is quiet but ugly, and far from the interesting parts of this beautiful city.

Review 45：The room was spatious, well furnished and comfortable, and the staff was friendly (though not always professional and efficient). The wellness facilities are excellent. The restaurant offers good cuisine at reasonable prices.

Review 46：Aerosol smell in hotel, dangerous for my child, the room was not the same as reserved, keys are very old and time to time not working, to find hotel is hard, breakfast is not kontinental, conditioner is not clearly working. No towels in bathroom. Very very bad impression of 4 star hotel.

When we entered the restaurant - there were only empty plates and had to call the manager to put the food. The Internet is very bad. We had three modern devices, but we have not been able take advantage of the Internet anywhere.
