Review 6：A Hiden Gem, What a great find, on the outskirts of Sofia, but easy enough to find if you use good old "Google Earth" & "Google Maps" before you arrive. We loved the Rooms, we had a Deluxe Junior Suite € 51, the one on there website with the Sea & White Seagul on the Grafetie floor Suite great price well worth it. We were actualy shown three rooms to make our own choice. Even though it was only for one night. The Restaurant food was very good, great staff. very nice breakfast. We will be back when we come to Sofia again.
Review 7：The hotel tells you a wrong address, the actual address is Konstantinos Velichkov, we have got lost with the taxi so we had to call the hotel for the right address. Also we have requested non smokers room and it stunk of cigarettes, the toilet and the bathroom also had very unpleasant smell and the door couldn't be closed properly at all. You better pay a bit extra and go somewhere better as this place is certainly not as good as it looks on the pictures.
Review 8：Despite our first wrong impression, this hotel prooved to be really good, clean and quiet. Nicely decorated rooms, artistic indeed, made us feel relaxed. Breakfast was sufficient, but not with great variety. Good value for money.
Review 9：Terrible location (a lot of gypsies around and drug dealers), asked for non smoking room, but it smelled terribly (there were also holes from cigarettes on the chair tissue) and strange noisis in the middle of the night.

Review 26：Very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Upon arriving late at night we were very impressed that the restaurant was open , with full menu at a reasonable cost & the food was excellent. The breakfast is a full buffet breakfast with a choice to suit all tastes.

Airconunit was not really up to the job - it took several hours to reduceroom temp 2.5 deg.I would only recommend this hotel or stay here again by emailing them to ensure I got the illustrated room. Shame as staff were good and breakfast was adequate, let down by misrepresentation.
