Review 1：Staff are friendly, parking is good, surrounds are clean and tidy. Premises are old but everything inside is up to date. Bathroom is small but adequate. Bed is a little hard for my comfort but better than being lumpy..

Review 4：Good position and comfortable. Also within walking distance to a Restaurant which was recommended by the Motel Manager and also proved to be very good.
Review 5：When we came to check-in there were two old guys who received us. They were not welcoming and looked cranky. No smile at all or no 'how are you?' I think they were discriminatory because as soon as they knew i was not Chinese they mellowed down. Please send your receptionist to training. They are the only reason we would not recommend your hotel.
Review 6：Facility was excellent. Although the room, kitchen, bathroom looked old, they were very clean and well organized. Bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. Kitchen complete with utensils and basic necessities. Bathroom was small but good enough for us and well set-up. Overall we were pleased with our stay in this hotel.
Review 7：No free Wi-Fi in the room. The only thing that was not good is the air conditioner: it was very cold in the room and it took the aircon about 5 hours to heat the room up to 24 degrees... It was so freezing (about 5 degrees above zero) that we had to go to bed in all our clothes. By midnight it was ok though. I think it needs to be replaced as it's probably out-of-date.
Review 8：Very good value for money. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is good if you do not mind to drive around 20 mins to Canberra city centre.

Review 10：The owners were very obliging and friendly. The villa was quite comfortable with everything we needed. There was also a laundry on site and clothes line behind each villa. Heating was good and fresh towels were supplied each day.

Review 13：Ease of access to the motel. The kitchen facility and the utensils e.g crockery and cutelery. There is a coin operated laundry that I did not use but would have if my visit had been longer.
Review 14：Probably right on busy Canberra Ave is the only drawback but if self-contained convenience is needed then something has to be overlooked. However, many of the units are set back from the main road and Canberra Ave, Queanbeyan is not very busy after the main evening peak times.

Review 20：Great location - just a short drive into Canberra. Easy check-in with on-site parking. Villas are spotless, quiet and good value. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows if needed. Nice to have a lounge as well as table and chairs. Well maintained gardens and BBQ with seating/table outside each villa. Kitchenette equipped with good basic items (large fridge) enabled us to eat in when we wanted to. Air-conditioning quiet and efficient. Thanks for a great stay!
