Review 1：it is overpriced for the quality of the hotel we paid around 70$ per night, but in kuala lumpur we stayed in 5 stars brand hotel in city center for 90$!!!!! also there is nothing by walking distance from the hotel.

Review 2：the hotel was renovated half way, by that I mean the corridors look like an old student dorms, the room doors are stained and broken but once we opened the door expecting the worse, we found a new room!

Review 3：30 yrs old hotel. Room 210 was bad. Twice cant open door due to malfunction door access. If use basin or during shower need to wait sometimes to let the water drained

Review 7：The hotel was definitely WAY too expensive for what was offered. The location was near the ferry, and if that's what you're after, then you're set - unfortunately it is a long and slightly expensive cab ride to all of the attractions on Langkawi. The room we stayed in was adjoined to the room next door via a door and our neighbours could be heard very clearly, and I assume the opposite was also true. "Seaview" is extremely misleading, as we could only just see a tiny portion of the water over the trees and hills.

Review 8：Contrary to most negative posts about this hotel: I enjoyed the breakfast, for what it was. The food was always warm or cold (depending on what you were after) and was always replaced in a timely fashion. The rooms were comfy and well stocked and the balcony was a nice comfort. The pool is pretty nice, as well, but pretty cold compared to other places I've stayed.

Review 9：The jacuzzi pool is very weak water circulation. And the staff used the detergent to mop the floor around the pool and it was not meant for floor so it turn out to be very very slippery, I wonder if kids over excited with pool will run n fall. Pls change to floor cleaning liquid instead.

Review 24：The staff are very friendly. We spend most of the time in the room since our holiday are during the bad weather, haze was so bad that time. However we glad to choose this hotel because the room are spacious and our son can play around the room happily. The swimming pool also indoor so we are not worried to swim even tho it is bad weather. At first we choose this hotel after read the reviews about various choice on breaksfast, we want to relax without going out to find the food. And this is the best choice we had during this vacation. My husband also had special compliment to your shower foam. :) it smell nice and fresh. Also it is foam! The stay make our vacation during haze weather enjoyable.

Review 25：I have a bad experience with the extra bed...the 3 night was a nightmare for me with backache as can feel the bed spring on my body even i requested to change other extra bed and still the same feeling....those bed should be throw away as it give a pain and sleepless night....

Review 66：The location of the hotel is not great. It is located in Kuah and is not very close to anything - you will have to take a taxi anywhere. Also, we tried to order ice to our room, as we had some drinks to enjoy, but they wanted to charge for it. We were paying a decent amount for the room, we assumed something as simple as ice would be included. Also, the air conditioning in our room was not very strong and took a long time to cool down the room.

Review 87：Literally NOTHING. Wifi never worked. I complained still no one came to fix. I read in other reviews that it has been recently renovated, but i was surprised to see the run-down state of the hotel. The lobby was smelly and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was below average. Customer service was below average. When we arrived first, they didnt find our booking in their system. They told us they will put us in a smaller twin bedroom for the night, but charge us the same rate that I originally booked for a Superior Deluxe room. This pissed me off. After arguing with the reception, they suddenly found a Superior Deluxe room empty and put me and my wife there. I wanted to change the hotel right after we checked in, but the booking conditions say that the booking is non-cancellable. So we were stuck in a below average hotel, paying premium rates.

Review 88：No small towel. The air-cond is not installed at the proper place which causing the room is quite hot. The fan speed also very slow and cant be adjustable.
