Review 5：The staff claims to speak English and Arabic but they speak very little of both that it is really frustrating. If you book a double bed, then you better make sure you have a "document" to prove it, otherwise you will have to make a scene for them to give you what you already paid for. Horrible start to a weekend getaway. It would be nicer if they just honour their guests' request without resorting to these manipulations.

Review 14：First of all its a good location, the room was spacious and clean with a good view. Excellent wi-fi signal, bathroom was Clean and good. The staff are friendly and helpful, their English is okay. Breakfast buffet was awesome, best I've had in any Turkish hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Bursa.

Review 15：We only stayed one night and in the time we were checking in there is said to be a really big group before us so we can not change our room. And while we were checking out again with the same excuse we couldnt get a place to change our costumes. ( we were there only for a day for a wedding and we didnt want to return back with fancy costumes. They didnt have to do this but they could at least try something). Once we told this to the front desk we were told that they are fully booked and there is no place to give us. Finally the waiter there came up with another solution. I didnt like this as someone working in tourism. Front desk shold be fast thinking. And seeing smiling faces is another need in the front desk.

Review 16：The hotel is located walking distance to numerous historical monuments. There is a bus stop and Bursaray (metro) station. There are lots of restaurants and shopping areas again really close to hotel.

Review 17：When received booking confirmation email it was mentioned "Pleasenote that a fruit plate and wine will be served as complimentary uponarrival." I have stayed for 4 nights , I have been served the fruitdaily but did not see the wine , 4 days and have nit been served anywine, I did not ask about it because I just wanted to see if they willserve it later or not, and how far they will try to void offering it , Ileft the hotel and still no one mentioned any thing about any wine.
