Review 1：It was hard to keep the temperature even. Would be hot or too cold. I did use the controls and was glad to be able to use the cooling unit at times. I would suggest handrails in the bathrooms. Toilets very low to the floor and for my husband getting in and out of the bathtub was dangerous because there was nothing for him to hold onto.

Review 2：Staff friendly. Checking and departure was smooth and staff were nice. Breakfast choices were great.

Review 5：Not a bad experience, but improvement suggestions: Breakfast/evening food items should be hot - they were lukewarm. Twice food trays/juices were allowed to run out before resupplying. When on a tight schedule this can be frustrating, esp in the morning. Overall I had a very good experience.

Review 9：The hotel is going through a renovation and it's messy and hard to find things. There was a wedding there and a lot of the guests were staying at the hotel. During checkin, the rooms were not ready and the staff was not polite in dealing with the guest. My room too was not ready and the estimate of when it would be ready was not at all correct.

Review 20：I didn't like that our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes but that's probably not the hotel's fault. And I didn't like that they allowed pets but my daughter did so that's just a personal thing. Overall we really liked it.

Review 24：Saturday we left room for several hours to give housekeeping time to clean. Came back at 2:30 still wasn't clean. Asked housekeeping if could clean soon. Which promptly did. However didn't replace w clean glassware. Also would suggest in dining area to put plates and silverware on center island. Not everyone was waiting for hot foods but It backed up when people had to wait to get a plate or utensils

Review 31：We were in a room with our pet and the first thing I noticed were the stains on the floor. Then my dog went around smelling the couch the bed and it made me wonder how clean the room was. We traveled with our digs before and they have never done that. I walked around with my shoes on the rest of the night not wanting to put my feet on the carpet. Yuck!

Review 51：The pillows were horrible, no support what so ever. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well as the room itself. It smelled strongly of tobacco and just very musty. There were so ceiling leaks being repaired while we were there so at least they were attending to them.
