Review 1：The facilities are a bit old, like the shower is leaking in the bathroom, but it is ok

Review 3：Uncomfortable bed, the heating was too strong, the hall was full of smoke because of the pizzeria at the ground floor, no hair dryer in the room, the price was the same as for a room in a central hotel

Review 5：1. Boy at the reception didn't speak English. 2. Among options announced in the booking list were: slippers, hair dryer, balcony, double bed . In reality, the room (Nr4) was without balcony, slippers, hair dryer and has 3 separate beds. 3.Plates was not taken off after the dinner (which was served in the room). We took it out ourselves, but it kept out the door until next morning. 4.As for a Genius client of Booking.com. the late check-out was proposed me by Booking.com . When we asked the concierge about it - the guy did not argue, but said that our luggage just will be transferred to another room, where we can take a bath and have a little rest after our walking and before departure. However, when returning from a walk, concierge just carried our luggage into the hall and did not provide the promised opportunity to take a shower and relax before the trip. 5.In addition, we were upset by the fact that after we payed (by cash), we have not received a check, despite of the fact that we noted in advance the concierge that we need the check.

Review 7：The wifi signal was inconsistent, sometimes too weak for what we needed. It was stronger in some rooms than others.

Review 8：Room Number 4 was very large and well-furnished, lovely to have so much space, with two different tables with chairs and everything we needed. The tiled floors were nice and cool in the hot weather. The location was good, walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see and to the bus station. The large breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful and did their best to understand our English. Very inexpensive.

Review 9：You could hear from your room quite a lot of what happened outside and in the restaurant at the first floor (we had room 1), even with the windows closed. We weren't there during the weekend, so it didn't bother us too much.

Review 18：The wifi signal in our room wasn't very strong. Our cell phones were out of service, therefore we had difficulties getting back in the hotel after hours.

Review 19：From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were treated with excellent hospitality. The rooms were extremely spacious and beautifully decorated, and most importantly impeccably clean. Breakfast was included and I was pleasantly surprised with the healthy, fresh and delicious options. Upon checkout the owner/manager ensured our stay was pleasant, which was very much appreciated. The hotel atmosphere, staff, food and customer service created an wonderful experience.

Review 21：The location is very good, ten minutes by walk to the mall Palas and the palace of culture. The boss is very nice, we have checked in at 8 o'clock in the morning. There is enough heat in the room , and good enough breakfast, I will recommend my friends to come here.

Review 29：When I arrived the owner welcomed and he was very helpful. The breakfast time 8-11 so if you want to eat before you must tell it in advance. The breakfast was correct. The bistro part is a real Italian kitchen with perfect meals. I can recommend it. The room was clean spacious and same like in the pictures. The bed: it was to single bed next to each other. It was comfortable.

Review 36：In the shower cabin we found an used soap, so, before our arrival, no cleaning was made at least in the bathroom. We asked when we booked this hotel a matrimonial bed as we were with our less then 2 years daughter, instead they offered us a twin room (2 beds). Breakfast is very poor with limited choices and parking lot with only 2 places. I wouldn't recommend this "boutique" hotel.

Review 39：Staff were extremely friendly as is the owner. The location is generally quiet. We had a room with a terrace which was great. No elevators, but staff will carry bags so it is not an issue. We would stay again which, of course, is always the test of a good stay.
