Review 1：We especially asked for a non smoking room, but they provided us with a room that smelled heavily from cigarette. We complainded and we got a new room (so the staff was helpful) with a less strong cigarette smell, but it was still in the air. That was our only problem.

Review 2：THE CLEANLINESS LEVEL IS NOT SO GOOD. THE BREAKFAST IS NOT VARIED AND LACKS A LOT OF THINGS. THE FURNITURE IS A BIT OLD.

Review 4：Thy don't offer soap and shampoo unless you ask for it ! No tissue available in the room ! No sacarine unless you ask for it ! They don't give the password for WiFi unless you ask for it !
