Review 2：Location is perfect,everything is close by nice walk on beach to old town and a short walk to strip. For the price we paid for all inclusive was excellent value for money, food was plentiful hot and fresh. Rooms spotless clean and towels changed daily. You get what you pay for yes it's not brand new or 5 star but it doesn't claim to be either this hotel exceeded my expectations for what I paid we had a very nice break here.

Review 9：Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to plumbing issues but it is clear that there are maintenance issues in general and to us the hotel seemed to have gone downhill compared to the past. Wi-Fi reception was terrible and available areas too limited. With some imagination and investment the venue could be absolutely great.

Review 14：The hotel is dated. However our room was recently redone and was perfectly fine. Cleaned every day. There a workmen throughout the hotel redecorating and fixinf repairs. Its so big its not going to be brand new over night. The indoor pool area was repainted during our stay. But again for the money its perfectly acceptable. I can understand why people may co mplain high season as we spoke to people who came high season and said the shortage of staff turned the place into madness. Yes we had queue for drinks some days but never more than a few minutes. All the staff work long hours. Most are lovely. Some clearly would rather be anywhere else. But you soon learn who to say hello to and who to ignore. Its 3 star without a doubt. Your not going to get anymore for your money then you get. Just enjoy it. You dont like the food ir fussy eater go self catering. We were quite happy.

Review 15：The location is fantastic. Beach, strip and old town all on your door step. The views are stunning. Yes the food isnt amazing some days were better than others for the cost you cant complain we ate there the whole week. Never sick or sorry. The alcohol is poor however we stuck to the cocktails which were ok. Cant complain for what it cost. Weve already booked to return.

Review 18：room didn't have any kitchenette and air conditioning kept leaking. We also had an influx of cockroaches and when this mentioned to reception we came back to the room and a can of raid left for us. The younger staff on reception were very pleasant compared to others.

Review 24：BEDS BEDS BEDS! worse beds I've ever experienced. They even replaced the old destroyed bed we had half way through the stay for new ones, which were only fractonally better. They must have been purchased from guantonomo bay! Shame, as when in such a lovely location as albufiera the bed is the only thing I need in a hotel as the rest of the time Id rather go around experiencing local restaurants and beaches. Staff weren't really friendly on arrival either.

Review 28：The swimming pool is really good & the staffs are helpfull if u are polite and follow the rules. The only thing about the pool are is the fact that people hold sunbeds for the day even when they are not using it at all so sometimes it can be difficult to get one if u arive late.

Review 29：The locatios is really good. Close to the new night life area for the youngers & also close to few good beaches. The brrakfast is quite good with good & tasty food. The hotel itself is quite old from an architectural pespective however it is confortable and has everythin we need for a holiday resort. Ac unit & all fitting were working properly. Review 36：The rooms were sufficient, but they could easily have been much more comfortable and cleaner if the dirty grout, rust, and old light fixtures and dirty bed covers were replaced. The overall decor functions well for use with swim suits. The original decor has a sleek modern vibe that could easily be freshened up, mostly by removing layers of messy, "homeyness" like fake flowers, craft wall hangings, peeling pots with half-dead plants, other nicknacks, and orange paint over some wood-panelled columns. Still there is so much to do, that you only need to be in the room to dress or sleep, and the common spaces are decent enough.

Review 37：This has a wonderful location with a nice big main pool steps to the beautiful Albufeira beach with lots of activity and a backdrop of natural rock formations. There is a lot to do for a family at and near this all-inclusive resort. If you don't want to dine in, it's also close to a strip of beachfront activities, hotels, bars and restaurants, and only about a 20" walk to the busier town, though getting a taxi for dinner was not difficult. The staff was very helpful.

Review 38：Staff ... 1 or 2 were sound ... The rest of them including manager stinking attitude! Food .... Boring . Room .... very dated , 10 inch telly ..when we had asked to move in a different one for a double bed we have been told they only have 4 double rooms and all busy (but we have one of the best rooms ) so if out room was the best .... I can't imagine how is the worst !

The gentleman on the reception desk at night was so mannerly and courteous and always tried to help, its people like this who should be in a management role. The room was dated but very sufficient, the tv was really really small, I havent seen such a small tv in years, there are no English channels only German, you are lucky to get anything in English other than the news, BBC, CNN Would I stay here again? If we didnt have the money to stay anywhere else yes. 8 nights for B&B @ €328 you cant go wrong.

Review 55：The whole holiday was a dream . The staff were great and the food good. The place inside and out was spotless. The little touch of a bottle of bubbly for my wife's birthday with out prompting put the icing on the cake.

Review 56：I do not understand why we could not book a room with a double bed. Either one is or is not available at time of booking - just say so. We asked for a double bed but did not get one.

Review 57：We were bed & breakfast so had a self catering room it was cleaned every day but did need to be renovated. The restaurant for breakfast was large but was limited on what to eat and seemed to be very untidy and food spillages were not looked after. In saying that the coffee and tea machine produced good hot beverages and the crusty bread was fresh and the bread for toasting was nice. The staff are grumpy and could do with customer care courses.

Check in should have been more of a thorough explanation as far as where everything is and what's included etc. Front desk seemed to not pay too much attention to guests. Quite a few people that we chatted with said the same thing. You felt that you were "bothering" them by asking questions! Pool water was way too cold - on a 60 degree day we still wanted to swim but the water was way too cold.

Review 67：In this day and age, only having WiFi available in lobby was quite limiting, particularly since this caused there to be mass groupings of people huddled over electronic devices whenever you walked through the lobby. The area with the table tennis could do with being better protected from the rain, running and sliding through puddles adds a level of challenge I didn't need!

Review 102：Rooms are really small, as we had a cot for baby in our, there was no space left. Tresor with no lock (?!?!), TV remote with no bats :))) Bathroom ok, clean. Reception lobby and attached rooms and coridors smell TERRIBLY as dump or musty. Really badly. Food: basic choice. Cheep quality. Fruits-only apples, oranges very out of season-no etable. Customer age avarage 60.
