Review 1：A fair bit of noise from guests up above (heavy footsteps and TV), the only drawback of staying in a bottom floor apartment.
Review 2：Incredible view of Russell's bay from the deck, without being in the middle of the busy village. Neat and tidy bottom floor apartment, with a large shower after a day of kayaking and swimming.
Review 3：Great Location, easy and convenient key lock system, very friendly personnel on the phone, super clean and attractive apartment. 1st floor is even better, smaller apartment on the ground floor on the right of the building doesn't seem to have a great view.
Review 4：The most comfortable bed and linen. We loved our stay! Away from home visit recommendations from Shelley spot on and adhered to but it was so easy not to want to leave the accommodation. Most thoughtful added little things made all the experience - leaving a candle and matches, a deck of cards, good quality cookware, glad wrap! This on top of the expected- the little touches and lovely customer experience we will come back for sure- probably for the spa bath in the Ocean Suite.

Review 8：Beautiful, clean modern property with full kitchen, modern appliances and heated towel rail, spa bath and great pressure in the shower. Great location - wee walk up the hill- so private with amazing views. We were in the Ocean View room and this was just lovely for a couple.Even had dressing gowns provided for after the spa bath!
Review 9：Steep, crowded parking space. No office on site-all done by Internet & entry codes-my emails were not responding & contact phone no. took an hour to respond (from Melbourne)-while my ankles were chewed alive.

Review 12：We spent a lovely relaxing week in the Bay View apartment. All the owners were friendly,helpful and gave lots of tips of things to do. Apartment was spacious,clean, airy and light and the views over the bay were fantastic. The wekas visited every day.We would certainly stay here again. Russell itself is a gorgeous little village with breathtaking views and a really tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
Review 13：We would have liked laundry facilities or failing that something in the information sheets as to where the nearest laundry was. A dish washer would also be nice and could be expected in this standard of apartment.

Review 21：lack of parking on site suitable for our car which being a sports model is low to the ground and the steep parking area access meant we could not park on site due to frontal grounding. However there was parking out on the road verge.
