Review 1：For one room I paid MYR 1,210 for 2 nights. It is too much in comparison with other hotels of same standard. Moreover, the front desk personnel gave me a money receipt for MYR 800 though I paid MYR 1210. I could not follow the matter immediately as I was in hurry. It is quite unexpected from this type of hotel. I will never stay in this corrupt hotel again.

Review 5：Management is too miser. Didn't provide enough towel 1st day but provided after request. 2nd day didn't provided bath soap and shampoo even didn't provide after further request. Dint cleaned the Trash Bin and Kids Napkin Bag from the Toilet. There is no internet access from the room. You have to go to the Lobby to use the internet. Even 1 full day in the Lobby there was no internet. In General the stay was not satisfactory at all.

Review 26：The room was great. Plenty of space, good bathroom and view. Breakfast was always enjoyable. Location good (we hired a car as there's no public transport in Langkawi and a couple of cab fares a day about equals a hire car, plus there's the amenity of having your own car available). Pool was excellent. We stayed 20 nights to ensure we explored as much of Langkawi as we could. We needed more time. We'll come back to the Hotel Grand Continental. They treat you like royalty!

Review 27：Air-conditioner was extremely bad for the three days stay. It is like sauna in bed. WiFi wasn't good at all. Room services was slow. Front desk was not friendly at all. Complaints was given out but wasn't replied at all. Water for the toilet wasn't strong enough.

Review 28：the food is the same menu .....well, it diferent allright, but it feel like the same menu everyday.....should change it regularly( I just mention about breakfast only.).the pool is not been maintain. not dirty, but the hotel management should maintain it regularly.one more thing, plz send a newspaper at the room.
