Review 1：Nothing really bad. But a desk clerk was not very supportive when i asked questions about my bill probably because he was busy. The only concern about the thermal pool was I felt the water might not be from natual hot spring with minerals but just heated normal water as it didn't have colour and smell.

Review 2：As expected, the spa is excellent and full-scale especially with two large pools with different tempature and four private hammams with a size of hammam which is as large as a standard hammam in any 5-star hotel and with a bathing bath. Room-service meals are beyond my expectation. Quick reaction to my in-room internet problem.

Review 5：Imformation on Booking.com regarding payment terms is false! Hotel is charging full amount immediately after booking on web-site! Clause "no deposit or prepayment" is not working. Besides this, hotel is charging you not TL but some other currensy!! Conditioning - poor performance.

Review 11：The location is great. Much better than staying in city center. Cikerge is a nice place with great people & views. Marigold is one of the best hotels in this area with a nice neighborhood. The Thermal pool and Spa was great too! We liked everything! We extended our stay here for another week. Mr. Erdal, the manager & his staff were very courteous & helpful. I would stay here again.

Review 14：The level of English of the staff is lower than you would expect for a 5-star hotel in the first capital of the Empire. This led to a mis-scheduling of a massage, and so I had to miss out on it. But luckily my mum was able to get hers, and the the masseuse, from Bali, was wonderful.

Review 15：I came here with my mum as a small getaway from Istanbul. From the IDO ferry port, it is about a 60TL ride. The hotel itself is great - great location and views, very comfortable and delicious food. The breakfast spread is great. Room service as well was timely. Spas were closed since it is Ramazan - so if that is your objective, make sure to check beforehand. We had a great and easy time getting to the bazaar areas of the town (Approx 20TL cab ride one way) and just hanging out.

Review 20：Nothing major, it's a nice hotel. It's a bit far from the centre, but that's because it needs to be where the thermal water flows. If you don't want to use the spa you might be better off somewhere more central. Breakfast buffet is good but a bit overpriced if you don't have it included in your room rate (60 lira per person). We couldn't find the switch for the 'do not disturb' light on our first night so got woken at 10 along with most of the guests in rooms around us - in our room it turned out to be near the mirror/desk (this wasn't a major issue, I just thought this might be helpful for future guests to know where to look).

Review 21：The spa, with thermal pools, sauna, steam room, 'snow fountain' and more (note that they recommend kids under 12 don't use these facilities). We didn't use the massage or other treatment servises but they seemed popular. Carpark in behind the hotel (although once it's full I'm not sure there's much other parking around). There are good restaurants around the hotel, if you're looking for something simple try the pide place across the road (and make sure you try Uludag Gazozu). Staff knowledgable about the town and where to go/what to see/how to get there (but you can get a better map from the tourist info in the town centre).

Review 31：A great place to relax. We visited the hotel with our 5 year old kid and he had a lot of fun at the pools. The room was not that big but still we had fun in it. A very clean place with lots of different thermal pools.

Review 32：One morning we tried to have breakfast, not realizing the time,after we were seated is when we were told there was only few minutes left until breakfast would be over. Immediately after the staff started to remove most of the food.I feel they should have informed us prior to seating or better yet told us breakfast was over, yet we were charged for 2 full breakfasts. I did bring it to their attention at check out but were not credited. Not happy.

Review 38：Spa facilities included in the price were top notch with thermal pool and whirlpool, three different saunas, various cool showers, small marble hamam, and lots of comfy resting areas. I paid extra for an aroma therapy massage and it was very relaxing. The room was comfortable with soft beds, good AC, fast wifi, and a nice shower. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best buffets I've every seen with so many fresh, delicious selections. Staff was always ready to help and most spoke good English. My friend and I can't wait to go back for a winter weekend getaway.

Review 41：Unhelpful staff. Gave us two smoking rooms while we have kids. Was not welling to change and insisting they are fully booked at all times we asked. Even though other didn't check-in but we were the victim of the smoking rooms. The reception staff Mr. Erdal was the main problem. Promised us to refresh the room from the smoking smell and never did until I told him you have a very poor service is this hotel!!

Review 45：Housekeeping is not up to standard. Hotel charged me for a broken table glass. The glass was broken from side even not visible. From the way of housekeeping I am sure it's was broken by housekeepers. While check out they check everything carpet,parkehh, curtains, under the drawers and tables like detectives. Hotel is good specially suite is very romantic and jacuzzi in the room beside the bed. My advice when you check in, have look at the room carefully and report immediately for anything broken, worn out or damaged to the reception and make sure the reception person write it down and ask checking person name. Or better change the room to avoid extra charges.

When they realised that, they offered me free stay next time without asking if I am going to stay there again or not :) I asked for payback and it took 3 days to get my money and many phone calls.. Review 124：This hotel is located in the thermal area of Bursa, not within walking distance of the city center. A taxi must be used to get to/from the center, or you must know the city bus system.

Review 125：Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The spa facilities are excellent, though perhaps a bit small for a hotel of its size as the spa was a bit overcrowded in the evening. Nonetheless, this is a fantastic hotel for a couple's getaway.
