Review 1：It was a little bit noisy because we had a room near the restaurant and we could here the music .

Review 2：The room was very clean , very comfortable bed . We also loved the view and that has a big parking lot .

Review 3：they have sometimes problems with the heating , i had to tell them 3-4 times to come to room to remove the empty plates( first time i call at 08:00 am and finally someone came at 06:00 a.m. to take them ... ) , they need to work more on customer services !!!

Review 5：There were some constructions on the site and there was noise. Breakfast was poor. If you want to visit the town is quite far and remote, but otherwise a quite location.

Review 15：The room I was given was right under the roof and obviously was quite hot inside. When I request for another room, the receptionist on duty told me to turn on the acclimatization (which even if was working, didn't do the job). I brought this to receptionist attention but didn't react positive. So after 800km of driving I had to sleep in a room with 28*C which was not comfortable at all. From this reason this hotel will be avoided next times I'll travel to Iasi. Same story in the restaurant, the waiter didn't seem to be very kind, even though the food I was served was very delicious. I believe that overall this is a management issue and not directly with the people are working there...

Review 16：The hotel looks fabulous, it's located at the periphery of the city but in a good and safe location, with lots of trees around. Food in restaurant was very good, so many options to choose.

Review 22：Doesn't honor booking.com prices, you'll be charged at hotel price (see lacastel.com prices). Staff polite but inexperienced. Minor glitches with room reservation, restaurant checks, etc but was solved. WiFi is usable but disconnects a lot. Shower was leaking on the floor when used. Breakfast not served is not deducted from the bill, and when served took a long time and very few options to choose. When there are weddings can be a little too noisy and hard to sleep.

Review 23：Overall a good hotel to stay. Location is beautiful, hotel design is gorgeous, the rooms are big and comfy and everything looks brand new.

Review 24：If the hotel has less than 10 guests then breakfast is not self-service,you could end up waiting for 10-15 minutes and anyone to appear in the restaurant . However we also stayed when then have a full hotel and it was a buffet style breakfast, but not everything was out, I waited 20 mins for milk for my cereal and 30 for hot water for my tea! This is the only area than needs improving
