Review 1：Well first there were the cockroaches. That was kind of gross. And everything in the room seemed to be falling apart. The lamps didn't work. The shower went from cold to hot without warning. The tv kinda sucked but at least it got showtime and I caught a decent movie.
Review 2：The staff were accommodating and the location was perfect for my purposes. Also, the heater. It gets real cold in Chico.
Review 3：Horrible service rude staff and the rooms had bugs bed bugs and drawings all over it. The room smelled like puke. When asked to switch rooms they were inapportate and I have never met such rude people. They smelled and I wanna give this rating a .5 and no more than that.

Review 7：the shower was dark with no light in it, the gfi outlet in bathroom didnt work,a big gap under the door for bugs to come in and pipes coming through to walls and air conditioner barely work.

Review 9：The owners/managers are horrible. They stand and stare, yelled at me for following their no smoking policy. I had a cigarette in my ear (not lit) to smoke after I drove off property on my way to work. The women ran at me screaming saying I can't smoke at all and stay in the room. Last I checked it was a free country. I wasn't trying to smoke in the room or anywhere close to room. She is very rude and needs to not run a business.

Review 11：The TV is outdated, but it does its job. We were mostly out anyway, and only turned it on at night.
Review 12：The guy in the front desk was quick to get us our keys and answer our questions. The rooms was clean and had the basic things you would want in a place like this: fridge, microwave, hair dryer, tv, all that.
Review 13：There was no electrical outlet or exhaust fan in the bathroom at all (We had to plug the hairdryer into a lamp and use the mirror in the bedroom). The older toilet was quite low. There was no place provided to hang clothes or set suitcases (except on the floor or bed).
Review 14：This is a well maintained, though quite dated, property. It's rooms are small, but the design,decor and furnishings are modern. The A/C, bed and shower made it a good pick for the night.

Review 17：Everything. Smelled like mold and cigarrettes. (Bad). Homeless people who looked like they wanted to kill you staying there. We walked in the rooms and walked right back out! Staff was extremely rude- waste of $131.00. Didn't even come back that night!!!!

Review 21：Old, they need to remodel badly. And I like old and charming. Towels were really old. I wouldn't use them. But I went cheap, my fault. I will definitely spend the extra forty, fifty dollars next time. :)

Review 25：Staff was rude and unhelpful after check-in. I was denied an extra towel by 'guest services'. on the phone with no explanation. The response was just 'No!' Absolutely atrocious! A staff member shouted at me from across the parking lot telling me I couldn't park in a legitimate spot. I clarified that I was indeed parked correctly with the front desk. The shower head is mounted approximately 4 feet high on the wall. By far worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Review 29：The other reviews mention a smell? Oh my gosh, mold, mold, mold - we gotto our room at 11pm and by 11:20pm we were out of there because the moldsmell was so over powering. The sign said "Under NewManagement" - why? Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!

Review 31：Bloodstains on the bedsheets. Terrible wifi reception. Cockroaches outside in the parking lot. Concierge staff argued in Indian the entire time I was checking and put me on blast for being a smoking and made me feel like an idiot for my life choice. The toilet made a screeching sound every time flushed and the shower had no light inside of it whatsoever. This place is dump, and I'm not hating on the place at all. 2nd worst stay of my entire life and I've probably book close to 100 rooms over the course of my adult life.

Review 67：The toilet was not cleaned well, despite having a sanitary wrap on it. There was no garbage pail in the room or bathroom. There was no remote for the TV. The only chair in the room had very visible large stains on it. The floor needed vacuming and a shampoo, and the bathroom floor needed sweeping and mopping. There were no hangers, no phone, and no posted time frame for checkout. We were charged an additional $10 for tax, because the woman said that Booking.com made a posting mistake regarding the tax.
Review 68：The only positive about the hotel was that it was the last available hotel at the most busy time of the year, and the woman at check in was friendly and nice. They did make up the bed for the next night, while we were out for the day. They did give us clean towels and one bar of soap.

Bathrooms were not renovated and have broken tile, poor condition of facilities. - Poorly trained staff that cannot figure out how to deal with credit cards - Absolutely no service. Many excuses as to why rooms were not serviced ranging from "maid quit," to "locals don't want rooms serviced."

I willnever go to this place again.
