Review 1：Distance to room. My room was 412 of 412. Therefore a long haul with heavy luggage. No in-room ironing facilities - though was provided within munutes of my request

Review 11：originally given a room that did not match what we paid for (asked for a king deluxe) -- but we complained and were moved to a larger room. It was strange they insisted the first room was in fact a king deluxe when it looked nothing at all like the photos and was very small, also it comprsed of two single beds pushed together rather than a double. THe second room we were moved into did feel a lot bigger and had a proper double bed, but still did not look like a 'king deluxe' as it appeared in their online photos. So a little bit confused by this. Anyway, the second room was adequate..

Review 19：The entrance to the hotel is on Kerkstraat, but the hotel spans to Hinthamerstaat. Rooms overlooking the latter will be at the end of the corridor - avoid these, as there may be a steady stream of very drunk and very noisy people passing your window at all hours of the night.

Review 22：Location can't be any better. Absolutely top choice. Room is okay. Spacious enough and bathroom is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a sure thing here. Make sure you'll include this since the price is right and it has much to offer.

Review 23：Only complaint which wasn't about the hotel had to do with the taxi drivers. While courteous we soon discovered that some were taking us by the long and indirect route. Fares to the same destination ranged from 12. to 20. euros irrespective of the time of day.

Review 24：This was a 3 night stay. We found the staff very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Beds very comfortable as were the rooms. The Wifi was fast unlike most. Location couldn't have been better. Close to shopping, very good restaurants, train station and so on. Will stay there again when I am in Den Bosch later in the year

Review 27：Very nice hotel with a great location, close to everything...city center, restaurants, shops. Wonderful and helpful staff. The breakfast was exceptional, a big variety of things. We had a quiet room facing a backyard. The bells from the cathedral could be heard quite often but it did not bother us. We used the parking which is good and easy to find when you follow the instructions here on the booking page of the hotel. We will surely reserve this hotel again if we return to Den Bosch.

Review 28：the receptionist on duty night of 23rd October. We were quite cold in bedroom and requested more bed linen. Receptionist/Barman informed me he was far to busy to get more bedlinen for us...... "But we are cold" and i am too busy.."we are cold" and so the conversation went on until fnally we managed to get another blanket. Found him to be very rude. Bedroom thermostat not working. Either turn off radiator and get cold, or turn on radiator and have a sauna!!

Review 92：The gentlemen that managed the front desk were beyond good, exeptionalreally. Couteous, accommodating and so professional. After we'dleft the hotel and arrived in our hotel in Amsterdam we realizedwe'd left our adapter in the room in Den Bosch. I immediatelymessaged the hotel via their web site and asked if they found it, couldthey mail it to my home in Canada. I never got a response so assumedthey never received the request or simply didn't recover theadapter. But two weeks later a package arrived and there it was! Wetruly feel they went above and beyond by sending us the adapter andfeel very fortunate to have crossed paths with the kind of people thatwould go out of their way for strangers passing through their doors forjust one brief night. It's those kind of small gestures that defineservice and quality of stay.The location is absolutely perfect. But i must add it was quite tricky to find the property because of the nature of the road closure mechanisms they use in Den Bosch to limit/divert traffic. The room and facility are dated but what matters most at the end of a day is a comfortable bed in a clean room and that's exactly what we had. From our room window we could see St. Jan Cathedral and hear the chiming from the bell tower. A magnificent structure. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend the hotel, it's quirky vibe, and wonderful staff. They epitomize the honesty and integrity of the Dutch people.

Review 93：We asked for explicitely for a quiet room, we got a room at the end of the hallway (usually quiet) but next to the technical facilities (air-flow control). Very noisy especially at night. Had to use earplugs to get some sleep.
