Review 1：Stayed for one night and the spa was fully booked for massages. However the prices were excellent so I can understand why one should book in advance. The hamaam was not steaming or even hot. Very disappointed. The hot pool was okay not amazing. Males and females seperate so no time together for couples.

Review 2：Lovely, comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good views from bedrooms at the back. Breakfast had a huge variety.

Review 5：Second stay was not good: room was hot and when we complained they said it was so because it was now winter. When we opened the windows it was noisy and not much cooler. Wi-Fi here was not operating. Room lighting very poor with one lamp inoperative.

Review 11：We went there with our baby girl and checked in and requested a crib to be pit in the room. They checked us in to a room which was closest to where a circumcision ceremony went on the hotel gardens on premise. The music was loud and disturbing in the room till midnight.

Review 17：30 min daily thermal use was free if you stay at hotel as i experienced many times. At this time Suprisingly they added thermal usage fee to the invoice and didnt accept that it was for free previously either.

Review 18：terrible terrible terrible feeling of sleeping in a room with air contaminated by the smokers staying in the other rooms and also the corridor outside the room... the other guests were using the corridor as their meting point where they sit on the floor and smoke like they are in a cafe/bar from 70's. my room was literally filled with smoke, and opening the window was making it even worse, due to the suction of the air from the non insulated door. i had to cancel the remaning stay and move to another hotel.

This Hotel made me feel like Sultan During my stay..the Location and hotle design are super, very clean, kind staff and guys at the Reception are wonderful, very generous, Mr. Ramazan was really a great manger, very generous and kind. the breakfast and services offered by the Hotel equals 5 atars and more. bus station was very close to the Hotel and the free Thermal water bath was wonderful. other 5 atrs hotel in the same place charge you on private Thermal bath while this hotel presents same service for free. the Hotel also have Sultan's sweets that are fantastic. Very comfortable beds and wide rooms. I recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Bursa.

Review 56：Had been to this Gonluferah Thermal Hotel in 1964, it was our second time since then. Have liked this Hotel always, having excellent spa facilities in the basement, including several Turkish Hammam facilities on request, for each guest. We had 1/2 hr. daily free.

Review 57：Spa was really crude with us , although we paied : bad service and bad communication Turkish bath : no complementary services like fresh juice , fruits ...etc and we hardly get the soap and basics stuffs ..... No smile or welcoming in the reception , restaurant .... As we were force them to serve us .......

Review 63：Its an old hotel. Therefore the rooms are not clean. Carpets have stainmarks. Washroom has fungi. Something about this hotel made me verysuffocated and depressed. Everything was depressing about this hotel.The location, the lobby and the rooms especially. It is located on theway to Uludag so you are far away from actual bursa. There is nothingnearby except a pharmacy if you want to fill yourself with meds. Thecity centre or 'heykel' is far from this hotel. This hotel doesnot have a gym. The hotel's spa was overrated. I had the turkishhamam and oil massage. The hamam was good. The massage was bad, notherapy at all. I dont recommend this hotel. Its far from everything isnot your money's worth. Sorry

Review 65：The hotel is alittle far from the city as you need a bus or a taxi. But everything is near you including resturants, taxi, laundry or pharmacy. But you will spend twenty lira one way to the city. The spa and bath are amazing. Breakfast is nice.
