Review 1:For leisure trips, this is not the place/area to live. The tourists should choose some place near or at Cenang Beach.

Review 3:The room was small and the wall was very dirty and the lights not functioning well~ overall it was a bad experience for me i wont return again ! The toilet was small too !!

Review 12:Oh my god where do i even begin. We were there from 30th December 2015 to 3rd January 2016. 1stly there's no elevator in this hotel so it would be crazy for travellers with huge suitcases having to cart them upstairs i such a narrow passageway. Anyway we were first given room 308 which is nothing more than a store room. It had no windows and not even a bit of walking space so we asked to change rooms. We were then given room 219 which we had to sleep in for 1 night with the aircond blowing out hot air as we were too tired to ask for a room change. The next morning we requested for a room change due to the faulty aircond but was informed by the receptionist that the maintenance man would fix it. By the time we got back in the evening we were then told that the maintenance man was on leave so we got to change rooms and were given room 219 which had yet another airconditioning problem so we finally settled with room 216 which was the best out of the ones we were given. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely not return to the hotel ever again and neither would we recommend it to anyone, unless you're completely and utterly desperate and there are no rooms available at any other place in Langkawi. And please DO NOT BE FOOLED by the pictures of the hotel and the rooms on their hotel website and even the pictures on booking.com because the rooms DO NOT LOOK AT ALL like the ones featured. Rooms are ill maintained - dusty, floors not mopped/vacuumed, faucet was dislodged from the sink, black walls, flat pillows. Good thing that everything else was working in the room or I would have had to switch hotels!

Review 21:The stuffs was very helpful and very friendly. The location is good. Its close to Jetty (Ferry Port). By taxi it takes 5 minutes for 8-10 Ringits (2 - 2.5 Euro) 20-30 minutes by walk to Ferry. To the airport it takes 20-30 minutes by taxi for 30 Ringgits (7 Euro)

Review 27:Fantastic and really friendly staff Malar and Moli at front Desk. Finally 2nd time visiting and they got new linens and much improved rooms cleanliness. Locations its just perfect to Kuah Town, Jetty, Eagle Square, Cenang Beach about 20mins and Cable car.

Very far from all the Major destinations such as Cable Car, Crocodile Park, Pebble Beach, Duck Tour, Oriental Village, Crafts Complex etc. Only place near to it is Jetty Point. Glasses provided are not resistant to hot water, they broke when I filled them with hot water. Maintenance people have timings, you will be attended to when they have time :) The Beds are not in a good condition as they were shaking. Major Drawback is that the Bathroom door does not have a lock. The room is very cramped

Review 41:Everything. Pictures and description in booking.com was deceiving. Not a 3star at all. Rooms and toilets not clean and too small. No basic room amenities. Bad smell in the corridors. no proper housekeeping. Breakfast was just a set menu either sandwich or nasi lemak. Not good. Even the butter kept was something like used for making pastries. Regret booking this and will not recommend as customers are mislead by the false rating and information provided.

Review 52:They couldnt charge my credit card during check in because the machine wasnt working and promised that it would be fixed by check out. Upon check out, it was still not working so i reluctantly had to leave my cc number to allow them proceed with the payment. They will let me know by email once the payment goes thru. During check there was another couple who also had some cc problems which brings me to the question whether citin really allows cc payment or is it just a gimmick to attract guests.

Review 68:No lifts are available, at these prices one can get a hotel in KL with better facilities but at a cheap place like Langkawi they are charging same prices like KL, and customers when they reach then come to know about the problems. These hotel rooms are not worth more then 40 to 50 MR.
