Review 1：My daughter and wife both became quite ill during our stay and had to leave the area to be closer to heath care. The staff member was unsympathetic and refused to offer any sort of credit or refund for the lost day we paid for, instead telling us that if they had have known earlier, they could have rented the accommodation to someone else. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to predict the future and see if we are going to become ill in advance. A little compassion goes along way. We also noticed that the doonas on the beds don't have covers on them, it is a bit of a hygiene issue and should probably be addressed.

Review 2：The location is nice but there are several other parks along that stretch of beach as well so it's not something you can't get from another park.

Review 7：We had two cabins side by side right on the beach front. Completely relaxing and comfortable . My family and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabins were clean spacious and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The view of the water from our balconies was beautiful.loved our stay.

Review 8：My side of the bed is worn and springs dugged into me!!! Shower has to be turned on fully to get constant hot water, which is very noisy and scares my 5 month old and 2.5 years old. We thought the park villa has shower over bath (according to website) but we only got a shower... thus have to shower my babies.

Review 9：Opposite pharmacy (we have young children) and supermarket, next to playground and beach. The cabin is clean.

Review 10：Staff hung up on me when I questioned them about charges on my credit card. The facilities were poor, the gas grill exploded and nearly hurt me. The pool wasn't open for long enough. Cabin not ready when we got there. I wouldnt stay there again, nor would I recommend it. APPALLING AND EXPENSIVE for POOR QUALITY!

Review 11：Location great. Able to shop for food very handy. Felt very safe for the young children and best of all NO horrible barbwire fence like you find at so many parks.

Review 12：My family and I failed to contact friends and relatives due to lack of wi-fi. My son wanted to contact friends. We failed to use our laptops and if this trip was a business one, then we would have been at a disadvantage.

Review 67：Stuff has a horrible service mind and attituede. even scary! Very unpleasant attitude to the guest. Hotel owner should be careful about it.
