Review 1：Probably nothing. My stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Review 2：Free filtered cold and hot water automat on each floor. Pre-packed breakfast for those who have to leave very early in the morning. Free transfer. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Review 3：Staff neglected to inform us immediately where to wait for transport shuttle at Airport. So as a result we had to wait over an hour to have a shuttle pick us up from Sheremetyevo Airport. Also, did not realize there was road construction blocking our 1 kilometer trip to hotel. Actually drove for about 5 kilometers around construction, of course this is no fault of hotel. But I would make future travelers aware to be informed of local roadway situations.
Review 4：Well organized small hotel. Pretty much exactly what I expected it to be and my wife and I will stay there again
Review 5：1. Location is really a headache to the new visitors. 2. Staff(even those at the frontdesk) cannot speak English. 3. Staff forgot to return my passport to me when I checked out. I had to rushed back to the hotel to get it. Almost missed my flight.

Review 9：In terms of the location: It's OK.Quite near the SVO airport--Just several minutes' drive. We would be surprised if we hadn't been told that it's actually sited in the countryside.
Review 10：The place is awesome and the host is so nice! They picked us up from the airport and even helped us call a taxi before we leave. We were so impressed by the hospitality of Russian people on our first day in Russia.
Review 11：Too far from the airport by walk. I guess it takes one hour. When I tried to phone call to ask pick-up on the airport at 23:00, the phone number on booking.com was not connected(Fortunately, airport staff helped me, hotel staff picked me up). If you are stop-over traveller planning one day trip to Moscaw alone, I'll recommend other hotels near from the airport.
Review 12：Clean and cozy Bedroom. Bathroom also good (clean, abundant hot water), Reasonable Price. Kind people and Free Pick up Service. In case 3~4 people stay there, and one of them speak Russian fluently, it'll be good choice.
Review 13：The reception don't speak English. It seems it's near the airport but it's impossible to walk there. I called them for picking me up after arrival, but they only speak Russian. I had to ask for help in another hotel to contact them.

Review 17：We gave our flight details to be picked up from the airport, nobody showed up. We called the hotel, number provided by booking.com didn't exist, had to use roaming to find it online, the girls said to wait 10-15 min, we waited half an hour, it was 3 o'clock in the morning and in addition to that, the driver said we need to wait for other 4 people! It was 2 of us plus other 4, we were squeezed in the car, one person needed to sit on the knees, as there was no space in the car for 7 people. To get to the hotel takes minimum m 20 minutes, not as its written on booking.com, driving through the Forrest at night, there was no road with old empty buildings not finished around, my partner had a heart attack, it looked like a horror movie.... On the way back we had to take a taxi, the girl said to remind her before we go for the breakfast so that she call taxi, instead, the taxi was downstairs at 7.30am, because she booked it, thinking that we needed to go sooner, without confirming that wit us, in the end we couldn't have even breakfast as the taxist said he will charge us per minute for waiting, we just left.... The hotel doesn't look like on the picture, it's a country side house, sold like a hotel..
Review 18：We booked the rooms because there were only 1 km to airport. However there was no road to the airport from the hotel. We spend one hour driving around to try to find a solution. We called the hotel 2 times and the lady could not give directions. We drove back to a village and a road was blocked. We called again to the hotel. After this we simply gave up. Theer are being build new roads around the airport at the monet, I guess it is the reason. Bu any deacent place would inform clearly how to get to the hotel. For now. Don't book this hotel. If you do, arrive by helicopter.

Review 37：Walls are thin. I heard vibro of my neighbor cell phone. There were loud voices behind the door for the whole morning. If you need hair - dryer you have to give them 500 rubles. Also you have to pay 150 rubles for parking. It is not too far but it was really muddy. I'm sure that the price is too high for it.
