Review 1：The staff working at the hotel automatically charged my credit card without asking the method I want to pay with. The staff didn't have an accurate knowledge of the transport in the area. If you ask them about busses or dolmuş they don't know. The room was relatively clean but was dusty in places. In addition, I booked a room for 2 people and then was taken to a single room. The fact was that I gave my details at the desk and they didn't ask for the details of the person I was travelling with and therefore assumed at it was only me stay. I think the staff, although polite, are poorly trained in terms of professional service.

Review 28：Rooms are very small and even the double bed is smaller than regular double sizef bed. Another problem is that water flow is poor in the toilet washing in all rooms as I was told.
Review 29：It was a modern hotel with clean and large rooms. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was modern, clean and large. The scene from the windows was beautiful. I didn't take the breakfast so I can't comment on it.
