Review 1：The single level facility. Pull up to your front door and unload your bags in moments.
Review 2：A good location close to the highway and services. There were some people on the property late at night creating a disturbance. I guess they were quest. The Employee that checked me in was polite and helpful. It's not a 4 star, but it appears to be well maintained and comfortable.
Review 3：The room was in dire need of some TLC. The pool wasn't even open for use. The WIFI didn't work. The close surrounding area was seedy.

Review 5：dirty, looks nothing like the photos! There's a foot of dirty water in the pool nothing more. My room had ants, a noisy toilet, noisey neighbors, a bed like a rock and 2 sad pillows.

Review 11：The room smelled sickly sweet like it had been smoked in and then they'd tried to cover it up The shower curtain and towels where pretty disgusting and the sink had what looked like faeces on it and pubic hair . I have been to more run down motels but the room I was in in this motel gave me the creeps and I didn't even bother sleeping in the bed coz everything else was so gross . Get new cleaners coz this is just sloppy .Run down is understandable for a property but dirty is just from pure laziness and lack of care
Review 12："Spa tub" was a bit horrifying. It's jets had black mildew and there is no way I would ever sit in it. The "white" towels were grey, my car wash towels at home look better. I know they were clean, but they need a good soak in bleach or replacement.
Review 13：The staff (both office and room cleaning) were super courteous and helpful. Pool is super clean. When the kids' accidentally dropped their towels in the pool, the front desk man exchanged them for dry, clean ones.

We swam after driving three hours to Chico before the party and again after the party ended. The breakfast at the "Italian Cottage" across the street was outstanding.
Review 17：Unfriendly staff, not one smile. The family that runs the place is like a hawk. Watching every move you make. I felt like I was visiting a third world country. I would never recommend this place to anyone to stay.

Provided rollaway(for extra fee), but no pillow, blankets, or extra towels! Had torearrange the furniture ourselves to make it fit. Had to go to theoffice daily for coffee, housekeeping failed to replenish them.

Review 23：They don't use fitted sheets on mattresses and the sheet moved so that I was exposed to the bed while sleeping. I was very worried about bed bugs but did not see any. I would have preferred a fitted sheet so that the mattress was firmly covered! That is really my only complaint.

Review 32：Bath towels were thin and stained in my room. In a second room my daughter found blood stains on the sheets. Fortunately she was prepared by the "bedbug review" and brought her own sheets but did not sleep well. In another room the coffee make had old grounds in it but there were not any cups left in the room anyway.
Review 33：$$ was reasonable. It was convenient to main thrououghfares. 4 rooms were available for my family. Reviews prepared us to bring our own sheets or sleepsacks and towels.

No hair dryer and tiny little soaps and packets of shampoo. The tv was hooked up to dish satellite and stations were extremely limited.

I'd been led to believe I was in one of the closest inexpensive places close to downtown, but it's not, you need a car or to be prepared for a long walk. There are other choices closer. The info on the door clearly said checkout time was noon, but the owner's wife insisted that it was actually 11AM (room 151) without even considering the info. I'd picked the room thinking I was getting some kind of great hot tub, but the copy on booking.com was misleading. Yes, there was a bathtub, but a reg'lar ole motel one. No, not enough heat in the hot water system for a hot bath.

Review 61：As others have said, the linens are a little dingy. If you need to work online, beware---the Wi-Fi can be iffy. One minute you cannot get online at all, later in the day, streaming video is no problem. I asked them to reboot once, and that solved the problem, but it recurred later. They work to solve problems if you ask and are considerate.
Review 62：The building itself is being upgraded---freshly re-painted rooms, new roof on the entire building, etc. A big mini-fridge and microwave in the room! A large pool that I made good use of, although no lounge chairs. The A/C worked fine. This is a decent quality budget motel if you have no delusions about what your $ can buy.

Review 71：Just felt unclean, bedding was about as cheap as it gets, complimentary soaps broke in your hand with one wash, never mind trying to shower with one, plastic cups, mustard color painted walls, just made you feel like you were staying at a cheap motel which I was, but you know who wants to be reminded of that the whole time your there! And as I was leaving they had all the furniture from one of the rooms out on the sidewalk and Pest Control there, bed bugs??? Yuck!!
Review 72：I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just a clean comfortable room, you know where I could get away without paying an arm and a leg, and this would have fit the bill if it had been just a tad bit nicer. It was just a little to "cheap motel", made you want to go home and take a shower.
