Review 1：Maybe the restaurang was a little overpriced, 200baht for a small massaman curry. But the food was very tasteful! To bad that Wifi only works in the restaurant.
Review 2：The service was perfect. For ex, I got sick during the stay and they transported me to the hospital twice and had the driver waiting for me at the hospital. Price? I t was free. Great range of activites, children can borrow playstuff for free, free rental of movies. I will go here again!!

Review 4：Great resort-style hotel with wonderfully welcoming staff who made us feel as if in a home from home. Well presented tasty food, excellently served. All the facilities we needed. We looked at other resorts on the same island and were extremely impressed by the extent to which the superbly managed Koh Kood Beach Resort staff kept the whole resort and its surrounds clean and clear of garbage, something which was not, from what we saw, the case at other more upmarket resorts. They were neat and clean within their own respective boundaries; but just over the fence were piles of uncollected and dumped garbage. Koh Kood needs urgently to get a regular clean up and keep clean programme running. Our bungalow was comfortable and well appointed. Two small suggestions: 1. Coconuts grown on Koh Kood are not as sweet as those grown on the mainland, and so they are not regularly harvested for providing cooled fresh coconut milk to tourists. We convinced the staff to provide us with a couple; and while their milk was not as sweet as that available on the mainland, it was still extremely refreshing and tasty. So maybe be a little less reticent about making them available - just advise that they are different from those on the mainland. 2. Koh Kood has some small winding concrete roads, and some spectacular viewing points and beaches to visit. But maps that one can follow easily are almost impossible to obtain, and what is available seems pretty imprecise. Given that the resort hires out small motorcycles, as do many other outlets on the island, it might be a good idea to make a really good map, place advertising for the resort on it, and make it available at a small charge to visitors.

Review 7：The name of the hotel say beach resort... but where is the beach? 20 meters of sand and only rocks all around. You can stay only in swimming pool. Far from other hotel and from all the few attraction in the island. The staff is rude, they tend o not clean properly. We booked and payed for a twin house room and they try to give as a standard Bali room.
Review 8：The only positive thing is that rooms look like in photos, nothing more. Twin house rooms have a Jacuzzi pool in the shared terrace.

Review 22：The restaurant was quite bad, breakfast poor. One day the cleaning staff entered our room while showering, they waited outside for 10 minutes but left afterwards, leaving clean towels behind but no clean room. The air conditioning was leaking all the time.

Review 24：We had the biggest bungalow but the living rooms were useless by lack of air conditioning. The chairs on the terrace were not comfortable. An expensive resort like this should have internet in the bungalows.

Review 26：We had such nice time in this hotel. It looks much better than in the photos provided. They pick you up at the ferry port and bring you back on your departure date. They have all the services you need and the prices of restaurant are very decent.
Review 27：- it's not safe for children to play because of the construction stuff and pipelines etc under the house. - location is far from everything - our son was injured after our first night (because of the stuff under the house), so we decided to move to another hotel instead of staying the planned 3 nights. Despite the unsafe situation the manager refused to refund our money for the 2 nights ahead.

Check your bills at checkout so you dont end up paying for other peoples meals. The entrance road to the place was very poor.

Review 31：We had some termito ant in our house - but it did not disturb us, we did not even see it - the only thing we saw was a miniature pile of wood pieces always in the same place. So I just write it, so that you know what it is :)
Review 32：We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We stayed 6 nights in the second half of August, were lucky with the weather - sunny, blue sky all the time :) The staff says, that in this time it is always nice weather for a few days, then rain (but no disaster:) ) for 1-2 days and nice again, speaking about August. The food was really tasty, prices totally ok for a hotel on an island - from 120 to 180 BHT. You can order a fresh fish or lobster etc. for dinner, for 500BHT per kilo, which is also cool - we had it and the food it was excellent. We witnessed the fishes for dinner to be hunted directly from the fisherman's village, which was really cool to know :) The resort itself has really special atmosphere, is very spacious, so it won't ever feel crowded I guess, since the capacity is something around 42 ppl. We stayed in a Bali house, very romantic. I recommed making a day trip by motorbike around the island, which is untouched and beautiful, stop by Sunset bar or Reaggae man bar nearby it and enjoy :) We also arranged 1 day snorkeling/diving trip by the hotel. I do recommend this place:)
