Reviews for Spa Villas on Main
Review 1:Great spot, very central easy walk to Hepburn Springs and great Local restaurants. Very Clean, modern and very comfortable. 10/10 highly recommended
Review 2:No one from the villas had realised we has booked, which meant that no arrangements had been made to allow us to access the villa. This was a very challenging as my wife was pregnant, and it was 30 degrees outside where we had to wait whilst I tried to contact someone. That was very challenging aswell, and it was the booking.com help line that actually connected me with the owner after an hour or so of frustration and many failed phone calls. To his credit, the owner was profusely apologetic after the fact but it really shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. They need a better system so basic mistakes like that can be fixed. The place was enjoyable enough once the initial issue was sorted

Review 4:We were greeted with the air-conditioning turned on and a generous hamper with collection of goodies including local produce. The villa itself was very large inside, plenty of room to get comfortable, perfect for those longer stays. It had been tastefully decorated with quality furnishing, with attention to detail and a great spa. Being in a central position was a great benefit as-well, close to great pubs, restaurants and walking distance through a reserve to the day spa.
Review 5:the wifi did not work. however we were offered a free upgrade to another flat which we declined as we were very comfortable in our own place.
Review 6:comfortable, elegant, with a welcome hamper. hosts were very considerate

Review 9:Really lovely stay - we felt very welcome, we were sent a thoughtful text welcoming us and making sure we found the property and were happily settling in. There were some nice welcome gifts, and a voucher for breakfast at the quaint and quirky red star cafe. ( we spotted a celebrity comedian brunching here )
