Review 1：everything good only negative comment would be that supermarket bit of a walk for fresh bread or croissants in the morning would be nice to be able to buy those on site

Review 2：we have stayed here before so we knew the apartments were good and the pool lovely and little free ferry to beach great but this time we were really impressed that the staff were helpful friendly and that there was information on things to do in the area as last time that was our only negative comment.

Review 3：Horrible mattresses, did not provide dish detergent or sponge in kitchen, fitness equipment and bicycles were not in particularly good condition.

Review 5：Beds were terrible, hard & springs sticking out, pillows mis shapen and uncomfortable. Local farm had dogs that barked till midnight and cockrels that started cock-a-doodle-doo at 5am...

Review 7：The beds were terrible.Really hard and uncomfortable. The door from the bedroom to the balcony was locked. The TV was ancient and only one channel worked properly. We had to pay €3 for a lock for the safe. We had a snack in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and were made to feel we were a nuisance to the staff. We needed an iron .It was filthy and dusty and we had to request it be cleaned. It was terrible and didn't iron very well. I would not recommend this place. They need to get their act together.

Review 11：Beds are awful. They are covered with some rubber, feels terrible. Our room smelled cigarettes. Guy at the reception made me wait for 15 min for the towels. Wifi is limited to two devices and therefore constantly gets disconnected and require login.

Review 13：1. Very poor lighting in the lounge area, not rectified even after two requests!! 2.The welcome by the member of staff at reception, supposedly the manageress, was less than satisfactory, even hostile. I reported this and this should be rectified.

Review 15：Somewhat remote. 10 min walk to village. 15 min drive to Tavira. Should provide dishwashing liquid and sponge for short-term guests. Wifi limited.

Review 16：Nice view overlooking river. Very pleasant to sit on balcony in the sun. Lovely hot tub on top floor. Suite was small but clean and adequately furnished. Pool area looked nice but weather was too cool to use.

Review 18：Accommodation is spacious and well equipped. Boat to the island is free (though the public one is very cheap). Fado evening singer was good, but not Fado as I understand it.

Review 19：Outdated hotel, desperately needs a renovation, not worth a 4 star qualification (outdated and worn furniture, terrace seats, tv and bathroom). Restaurant staff looks tired and stressed (no 'service with a smile'). Disappointing breakfast (the same limited offer every day) and limited choice for dinner (same salad options every day). This hotel gave us the impression that management doesn't care about its staff and clients at all.

Review 21：My husband is disabled and every ramp had a 1-3 in lip to go over. IT was very difficult. The staff at the reception desk was nasty, rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. I could go on and on!

Review 23：Friendly staff, comfortable apartments. There is a lot of grassy space for kids to play football and volley ball and the pool is large, so our kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Lots of good restaurants near by.

Review 24：There could have been more information at the welcome desk about all the things to do in the surrounding area and how easy it was to visit them either by bus or by train. also when we checked out there was no interaction as in hope you had a nice time hope to see you again!!!

Review 25：resort itself lovely appartments big and very clean the pool supberb. little free ferry to get you to cabanas beach which was gorgeous and unspoilt. Cabanas village just a stroll away very nice restaurants. very easy and cheap to use the train station to visit Tavira Olhao and Faro which we did and they were indeed worth the visit!! Lovely towns. Food and drink was superb and very cheap. Highlights were beautiful old town in Faro and the islands off Olhao reached by 30 minute ferry also has amazing fish market so try and go in the morning!

Review 67：The very personal welcome when we checked in. We requested a particular floor and view and this had been noted and arranged. The view across the Ria Formosa was spectacular. This was a return visit and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

For travellers without a car the resort is along walk to shops and the lunch menu in the restaurant is very limitedlow season. Wi-fi connection mostly poor in the apartment, a littlebetter in communal area.

Review 87：It's more a family resort than one for couples, lots of kids in the pool so I went to the beach instead. My boyfriend has clothes stolen from our balcony on our last night which was frustrating, but in fairness this could happen anywhere.

Review 88：Stayed in ground floor apartment with a spacious kitchen / living area, beds were comfy with extra pillows available. We got great sun late into the afternoon / early evening after a day by the pool or on the beach. Resort is really close to an excellent beach and the area is a nature reserve, very beautiful indeed. The resort is near enough to Tavira (taxi or car - 10minutes) but there are plently or bars and restaurants nearby (10minutes by foot). The staff at the reception desk were nice and friendly, helpful with local advice too.

Review 97：It was so spacious, yet well laid out so that facilities were close tohand. I put in a request for a private balcony for sunbathing and theyobliged. It is decorated in neutral tones, thus enhancing the relaxedatmosphere. It was only 10 mins walk to the village, which had a longboard walk, restaurants, bars and shops. Bicycles could be hired fromreception to tour the natural habitat that surrounds the hotel.
