Review 1：They gave me one triple room and they placed an extra bed in a double room when I payed for a triple one. Also, when I asked for my money, the did not give it back. In addition, after we arrived, we noticed that there was no ice and so there was nothing to do. The hotel should warn its customers beforehad and they did not do that.

Review 3：The hotel was closing down after a poor season. The staff were not terribly helpful. The water in the spa was not hot - hence a cool Turkish bath. The food was salty and a bit ordinary and cold - I suspect they were using up the last of the food. The hotel does not 'feel' like a resort - I know that it was practically empty but it didn't project the relaxed vibe that you would expect at a ski resort. 'Unlimited drinks with meals' as advertised on the web page consisted of bottled water at the table and coffee or tea that I had to walk through the lobby to get from the machine. I did have a glass of wine but only after asking for it. It was never offered - nor was soda or juice. An used food tray sat outside the service elevator for two days. I would not go here again nor would I recommend it.

Review 15：The furnishings were outdated and are in need of an upgrade. Towels in the bathrooms were old. Wi Fi not working in the rooms was an issue.

Review 16：Staff was wonderful and their English was better than in most places. The hotel provided everything that you need for a ski holiday, close to the slopes and other activities.

Review 17：The room furnitures were old and some lamps were not working. The smell of the toilet was horrible and inconvenient. The Wi Fi was not available in the rooms only in the loopy. The food in the buffets were with many selections but not very tasteful like the other Turkish food.

Review 18：The location was very good close to the main sloop for skiing. They provide 5 meals so you don't need to go out and buy food. The facilities are available like swimming pool and gym. The loopy was nicely decorated.

Review 19：The hotel looks pretty old and dark. It is a big hotel and becomes very busy during weekends. The room is ok, but no more than this.

Review 23：Whilst the location is excellent for the ski slopes, it is a very long journey to get to and from Istanbul and the international airport. This is the only thing that would put us off a second visit, because it was a wonderful hotel and resort apart from this.

Review 24：The hotel was located next to the main slopes, easy access of the chair lifts and drag lifts. It was excellent value for money as the cost included all meals and local drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the team in the equipment rental room, who were excellent at giving advice and sorting out what we needed.
