Review 1：I had no bad experiences here during my staying!!

Review 2：the room i had whas the apartment (for 1-4 persons) but i chose this room because I wanted to be comfortable for me and my GF, the room was fantastic, it is big and it has good quality, the staff was very polite with me and I liked the hotel, the price was okay for me and i have picked the big room because i wanted to have space and the rooms looks exactly like in the pictures that they provide on their website or booking.com!

Review 3：Shower drain had a leak below the cabin, so the floor turned into a little swimming pool when showering (there is a second drain on the floor that took care of it, but still). Faucets seemed to be partly clogged.

Review 11：Staff spoke excellent English. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. Apartment with separate bedroom and balcony was very roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a decent sized bath. Bed was large and very comfortable. Good soundproofing in these rooms. Good view of the city from upper floors of street facing rooms. Street noise is minimal Only a 7 minute casual stroll to Palas Mall, the most modern and diverse in Iasi. Iulius Mall is only a 5 minute walk away with other supermarkets close by. Self cooking facilities were adequate.

Review 12：Maybe we were unlucky, but the sink had some big cracks in it, shower drain nok, water was all over the bathroom floor, no storage place in the bathroom. The nearby area of the hotel has no public illumination, during evenings/nights the phone flashlight was very very useful

Review 22：The appartment is very well situated, modern, big and quiet and, mostly important, it has air conditioning. Summers are very very hot in Romania, so it can save your life. Another important thing: the staff takes care of your laudry at the reception.

Review 34：big room (the triple one). I used to live in that city and I know the prices so I can say for sure this hotel has good ones. The room was big, even had a nice balcony, clean enough... i suggest to book a triple room if you are two persons, the price is almost the same and it's always comfortable to have more space. A good hotel with nice room and good prices

Review 35：Taxi drivers not all familiar with the location. If you approach the building from one direction it's obvious (huge sign IL PRIMO) but from the other - easy to miss!

Review 39：If you have a fear of dogs, the local pack, which delight in chasing cars down the road from dawn to dusk, may disturb you. They never approached me however. The city is very hot in the summer, but very cold in the winter - personally I like this but it could put some off!

Review 40：The reception staff are wonderful, spoke FAR better English than I speak Romanian, and were very helpful. There are a range of different sized apartments (I've stayed in ones here from the smallest room to an apartment big enough for 4), and I'm sure that I will return again. Five minutes walk to a large shopping centre which includes an extensive supermarket (Auchan). The area may feel strange to someone from the UK, being a mix of abandoned communist era factories, active building sites, abandoned building sites (one right opposite Il Primo!), and residential - dwellings ranging from large concrete stalinist blocks, large houses, small houses, and also some extremely humble wooden constructions. All of these are mixed up together; all life is here! This seems typical of the city. However, I didn't feel unwelcome or unsafe at any point. An extra few minutes walk takes you to the Palace at the centre of town (currently shut and being renovated, until mid 2016 I believe).

Review 41：Only parking. Like any city, you sometimes have a front door spot while other times, you have to park far away. In the case of Il Primo, we have never had to park more than 15 meters from the front.

Review 42：Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are clean and correctly described. On various visits, we have stayed in different size rooms and in various sizes. So, we may accurately note if something is deficient by not staying again.

Review 43：Only the barking dog which is common in Romania. Noise ordinances in much of the U.S. solves that problem so each trip to Romania here or anywhere means acclimating again to dogs barking. This is only a minor point and is everywhere. IL Primo is a great place to stay.

Review 44：We have stayed before so that speaks to the quality of IL Primo. Staff is friendly and they speak English. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to Iulius Mall and not far from Palas Mall.

Review 45：The surroundings are a bit weird (construction site in front of the window), but I did not bother. Foresee taking the taxi when coming from downtown, for instance. Prices for the taxi are really low, so, this is not really an important downside.

Review 46：Very good quality, very friendly staff, everything new in the apartment, I will surely stay there again when traveling to Iasi. They don't have a restaurant, you will need to eat elsewhere. Breakfast can be offered via catering.

Review 47：WiFi just didn't work at all in our room (4th floor, room 30). The lack of normal parking. There is a place for maximum 10 cars for the whole hotel.

Review 53：There was no kettle and many of the other obvious crockery and cutlery one would expect to find. Having to constantly go to reception to get these (if they had any) spoils the experience. When I arrived the fridge was switched off. There is no shower curtain, walking on a wet tiled floor was dangerous to say the least.

Review 54：The apartment itself was very well furnished. I saw two of them before deciding on one. It has a lift, which was helpful staying on the fifth floor. Washing machine was provided in the reception area. If you new to Romania, you might be put off by the area surrounding the hotel, which it quite run down, but typical of Romania. The hotel is actually well placed to the 2 major malls and a short walk to the city centre if you know your way around.

Review 55：There is free parking onsite, but it's not marked which spots can beused by hotel guests (I parked by mistake on some unmarked neighbor spotfor one night). There is no reception, or it is under construction atthe moment. Door to my room was not closing properly. Bath tube wasdirty and burned from cigarette. Towels were not changed in 3 days ofstay. Embarrassingly, in the bathroom there is an announcement inRomanian asking guests not to use the towels for cleaning shoes. Thatdidnt felt too inviting for me to use those towels.

Review 56：It is close to Palas Mall & some other attraction. Quick access tomain boulevards. All equipment look quite new. Price was good.

Review 57：Staff is rude. Money has to be paid upfront and their portable machines didn't work, so we had to go with the car immediately to find an ATM in the destroyed city (roads) that is Iasi. Bad, bad location. I thought the GPS was sending me to WWII until I actually stopped and looked up to see the name of the place. We hated it. Stay clear from this place and the city while you are at it. Nothing to see here.

Review 58：The apartment was clean and it had TV and wifi (bad one at that), and this pretty much sums it up. The view from the terrace is a joke, but at least it let us see where we would spend our two days: in the mall...

Kitchen with very limited range of pans but with option to get more from reception as needed (so not really negative). Surroundings are building sites (no noise) which looks bad for now. Seems safe though as virtually an university campus.

Review 71：the hotel is located very closely to Palas mall; in fact a taxi ride cost us about 70p it's a few minutes drive and probably a 10-15 minute walk if that. In fact we could see the mall from our room which had a lovely view of the city of Iasi. The only complaint I had was that when you initially try to locate the hotel it's slightly difficult because its hidden down what I could only describe as an alley (or maybe a side road) my sat nav got very confused. However, most of the locals speak English so we found the location eventually. (this problem could be avoided if you used a taxi to get there)

The bathroom was clean but there was a little dust in the living but nothing major. the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils needed for an enjoyable self catering stay. and the staff were generally friendly. My visit was to visit a University and whilst staying I also saw other students with their families
