Located in a wonderful position, you can go everywhere by walking and you are connected by bus or train with any place. Very clean hotel, with a very pleasant and nice staff. Price wonderful!

Review 27：The place is excellent for the value, its relatively cheap. the staff wasnt the best but the hotel is perfectly clean, well located and the building is beautiful.

Review 28：Smell from the bathroom and a broken toilet seat. Due to that smell, we had to sleep with the windows open what wasn't that easy, because of the noise from the street. Trains were waking us up around 5 am but it is the price you have to pay for the room with the view of a city. Our room wasn't cleaned every day, which is OK but I was expecting that, at least, our cups will be exchanged for clean ones. Unfortunately I didn't take any dishwashing liquid. In TV is nothing interesting for a foreigner as every program is polish, without any subtitles. I am Pole but my partner is not, so he was disappointed, as we really planned to spend one evening just watching TV. Because I knew a TV is in the room I didn't take a laptop. Sadly I don't recommend option with breakfast. Maybe because I don't eat much but take care of the quality of food, especially cheese, ham and bread (we have really tasty bread in PL and these one was dull) was of poor quality. It happened once during our stay that I took scrambled eggs that were grayish and stinky. Next time if we stay in the Piast, what is possible, because overall I enjoyed it, I eat breakfast anywhere else.

Review 29：The district that the hotel is located is not the most beautiful part of the city, however I recommend it because of the distance to main city attractions. Besides it, you can get there by a direct bus from the airport (last stop) in around 30 min, and it costs only 3 PNL. The cost-quality ratio is very good, taking that it is the city-center, you don't pay much for the good standard. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room well-equipped. When we arrived our room was cleaned and the person who was taking care of it left us a message, it was adorable. I really love the old gentlemen from the security who was awaiting us every morning in from of the restaurant and wishing us "smacznego", very charming.

Review 30：For some reason our double bed had 2 single duvets on it. The hotel had no double duvets when we asked. Pillows very soft. We asked for 2 extra pillows but were told they had run out! Not impressed. Our bed in the 2nd room was made up with 2 single sheets, the second of these (at bottom of bed) was laid over the first (at top half of bed) so when you got into bed your legs went under the lower sheet and onto the mattress! The whole hotel was uncomfortably hot, though at least our room had aircon. Lots of noise from trams all night-a nightmare! We changed rooms but still very bad on the 4th floor. Didn't get much sleep during our 4-night stay. Wouldn't stay here again.

Review 31：Good location 10 mins stroll from old town. Bus from airport stops 2 minutes from hotel. Room was absolutely spotless, with lovely bathroom and powerful shower. Bed very comfortable.

Review 59：The clerks gave us a bill with incorrect payment (stayed two nights with one breakfast). Actually, we booked two nights with two breakfast. We mistakenly took one breakfast which was cancelled. When we checked out, we told to the clerk that we just had one breakfast. Finally, we got a bill with two breakfast from credit card company after we went home. We just had one breakfast but payed for two breakfast.

Review 81：The carpet on the floor in the corridors smells like fish. The room itself is very clean and smells nice. We came at 13.30 and the check in is from 14.00. The receptionist clearly had rooms ready but let us and other clients, too, wait till 14.00 for the check in, because at 14.00 the receptionist shift and and her colleague did the check in, so simply she was too lazy to do it even though she could. Of course hotel has the right not to do it, it is written in the conditions, but I found the attitude very unhelpful considering the time we arrived, it normally does not happen to me in other hotels.

Review 82：We ask the receptionist, where is the platform for the bus to the airport, because the evenig before, we cannot find it, so he told us, that is here at the corner, direct before the hotel. But it wasnt true.. the platform for the bus to the airport is really far away and its hard to find it.. its a 5-10 min walk.

Review 92：In contrast to some establishments in Wroclaw the staff at this hotel were always polite and friendly, and helped us a lot with our questions. The room itself was a little small but included a balcony with a view of the dilapidated building next door (can't really be helped!) and a lovely bathroom with a big warm shower. We especially liked the breakfast facility on the top floor. The hotel is the perfect balance of comfortable and clean without being pretentious. The WiFi was also good and consistent.

Review 95：I had booked the Kings room, but it definitely didn't look like the one on the picture, but it was much smaller. The bed was OK for one person but would been a bit small for 2 persons. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel/room was that it was supposed to be noise isolated which it definitely wasn't. The first night I arrived there were people having party in the room next door. even though the music was not overly loud and they spoke normally, I could hear every singe word. Also when people were walking outside in the corridor, you could hear absolutely everything. There was no soap in the shower in the bathroom and I told that in reception but during my 3 days stay no one brought more. But overall it's a very nice and beautiful hotel.

Review 96：The location is quite good, it's a bit of a walk to the old town, but it's fine. It's a brand new hotel, really beautiful interior, everything is new and in great condition. The bed was comfortable and I loved the fluffy blankets. The bathroom was really beautiful. I didn't take the breakfast, but the train station is just across the street, there you have Starbucks, Costa and some sandwich bars (the new trainstation itself is a very beautiful building).

Review 97：Very bright strobe fire light kept flashing all night in 30 sec intervals.No tea or coffee in the room nor their own restaurant where you could purchase any drinks.Instead they send me to a very expensive cafe nearby.The quiet times are between 11 and 6 am,when you're tired from travelling you really don't want to be woken up by a vacuum at 7am which happened during my stay.Very expensive for Poland with very little to offer.
