Review 1：I would have like a bath in the deluxe suite and more than four channels on the tv plus a tv in at least one room as we had small children and it is winter.

Review 3：A very little matter: the curtains won't close perfectly and some light comes in the bedroom, which can interfere with your sleep In the morning if you are not used to it

Review 4：Just about everything was perfect! The staff is adorable and so so helpful; the breakfast, with products from the farm, is great and you can also lunch and dinne there, with a very very pleasant menu, superbly cooked and presented on the plate. The rooms are spacious, confortable, with a nice view over the valley and the pool. The farm itself, which you can visit with a member of the staff who will explain you everything and allow you, in case you want to, to interact with the horses, cats, dogs, sheep, goats (and participate in the process of milking them), is marvellous, with different productions, a cheese farm and, under construction, a Wine-making facility. A superb retreat very near to the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, another great place to "get lost" in natural wonders and forget the busy world.

Review 6：The hotel is beatiful. The staff so friendly and professional, especially the assit reception manager Venessa who are so kind took us the farm tour and explain everything. The resteraunt is fabulous, so delicious and food are so fresh and organic. Everything just perfect

Review 9：Loved that the owners have turned part of the property into a rescue haven for dogs and although we weren't able to get too close to them they all look well taken care of. The actual hotel is very intimate, we were in the junior suite which had a balcony on the west and east side so we had shade in the afternoon and then again in the evening to enjoy a glass of local wine. All our meals were nice too and staff were very welcoming.

Review 11：This rural hotel is a gem set in a combination vineyard and sheep ranch at the edge of a lovely mountainous state park. The relatively new hotel was impeccably designed with the highest quality materials--the extremely comfortable rooms are beautiful and fit perfectly in their surroundings. The food served in their restaurant was quite good--made extra special because most of the ingredients came from the farm. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and could have stayed even longer!

Review 12：It's not very easy to find the Hotel, but soon as you arrive it's worth it! The Hotel is at an exquisite place. The staff is very nice and professional making you feel at home. I really suggest to eat at the Hotel restaurant where you will find very good food!

Review 16：Everything. The rooms were well-designed and stylish, but also cozy. They blended well into the beautiful, natural surroundings. The restaurant was world-class and they were EXTREMELY accommodating to our long list of allergies. We were given a personal tour around the facilities by Hivo, the hotel's phenomenal manager, and he could not have been more friendly and well-informed about every aspect of the hotel's property: including sheep, grapes, wine, olives, horses, dogs, and friendly cats. Also,we got to milk sheep-- enough said. We can't wait to go back.

Review 38：Brilliant hotel, very well decorated. Very quiet, in the middle of a lovely farm/vineyards.The Staff is excellent, helpful and professional. The restaurant is also very good with wonderful experiences with “homemade” products.Highly recommended!

Review 39：If you dont like dogs the villa is not a good choice since there are 50 dogs in several fenced yards surronding the villa. One of the nights there was a lot of barking.

Really nice with a lot of space including a terass with views over the farm where we could see the wineyards, horses, cheery trees and the sheppard with his shep in the morning. Fantastic breakfast that was brought to the villa in the morning. The hotel area with the pool was really nice too. We were offered a free tour at the farm and were able to see all the parts with a guide and a van.

The restaurant was first-class, with great value for a gourmet style meal. Also, we were able savour the produce of the associated farm where the hotel was located, including their cheese and wine. We enjoyed relaxing in the hotel swimming pool too.
