Review 1：Way overpriced for the quality of accommodation after staying at a modern hotel of similar size. 5 nights there was cheaper than 3 nights here. Mosquito nets were dirty and dusty. Dirt / spray marks were all over the wall that had come off the fans. This is the only place in Sri Lanka where you pay $150 USD per night and get 1 medium water on arrival and nothing after. Very basic and outdated bathroom. Lack of space to get out of one side of the bed and also into the bathroom, large build person Would not fit. No snorkelling gear as indicated, has not been replaced. No cafe or snack bar. Very old and outdated furniture and fittings. Mould in bathroom floor. Neighbours hurling and spitting every morning for half an hour. The people staying in the front room had leaks after it rained. Please go there first and check it out before booking. Lots of mozzies/ flies and ants in the room.Maybe a can of fly spray would have helped. I would have left after one night but my wife was willing to try for longer.

Review 3：An amazing stay at a fabulous beach front property. Andree and her team were wonderful and gave us so many tips for places to eat and what to see and do during our stay. After initially booking for two nights, we ended up staying 5 as we had such a lovely time. Excellent breakfasts and everything we needed all so close to the sea. Also excellent sunsets every night. We'd highly recommend this place and will certainly be back. Thanks Andree!

Review 5：Didn't meet our expectations at all... Very small room close to the ocean (=very noisy). Not possible to swim/take a dip nearby resort due to rocky beach. Overpriced... We stayed at deluxe hotels @ same price. Had booked 5 nights but left after 2 since it didn't meet our standards in comparison to what we paid.
