Review 1：I would like to encourage the staff to change the bedding linen and all stuff to be used by the customers every day.

Review 2：The location is good and a safe car park. Easy to be located.

Review 3：Reception staff was impolite after I reported an incident with taxi fairs where I told them not to be responsible,but this could impact the image of the hotel. The receptionist disconnected the thelephone!!!

Review 6：The guy at the reception was great, very hospitable! We worked in the dining area until late and he made us feel at home. There was very good coffee availiable (for free) and we even got complimentary "vlaai" as a snack. Because of such hospitality we are likely to return to this hotel if we travel to Mechelen again. The location was very good if you travel for business at the north side of the city.

Review 7：Customer-unfriendly arrival and atmosphere during check-in; later we were shouted from behind the reception to outside during embark to stay out with our bicycles before we even could ask for temporarely storage-facilities. Coffee machine broken.

Review 9：Aneighbourhood.the city center but if you have a car - perfect. Not much to do in the neighbourhood. Breakfast is ok, selection of food rather poor but in the end you won't be hungry.

Review 10：I love the free parking. Very nice people at the reception. Super fast checking in process. The rooms are very spacious and big bath tube is fanatstick.

Review 12：We wanted somewhere with good transport links to Brussels and Antwerp and the Hobbit is fine. The staff are great and provided good information about the locality. It's easy to find and don't be put off by the proximity to the motorway, we never heard a thing.

Review 19：This small hotel is perfectly situated right outside of Mechelen, near all highways necessary to travel throughout Belgium. Staff is wonderful, very accomodating.

Review 20：Not bad, but starting to show some age and upkeep issues. I have been coming here of the last three years. For example, the faucets are all still functional but the shower on-off handle gets stuck and requires some force to operate. The shower curtains was a bit old and needing to be replaced. Nothing horrible. If you can overlook these minor issues and like to save on the price, this place is for you. In a few years they may need to do some remodeling.

Review 21：This hotel is functional, quiet, clean, and economical. No frills. I booked it because I wanted a nice clean place to sleep, eat breakfast, and then move on. It achieves this goal very well.
