Review 1：Location is great and the private beach is good for snorkeling. The Thai restaurant is great. The restaurant on the beach offer some western food, salads are good but we get bad experience with bolognaise, the waiter told us that the chef is new, did not charge us and propose us to choose something else :)

Review 2：Too many unwelcome guests in the room, including a bat , geckos and a rat on our first night. Once at the resort you cannot go anywhere unless you're prepared to walk 1km to main road and even then there is nothing work mentioning close by Couldn't get a beer before midday at resort but luckily there is a small bar / restaurant within walking distance which opened at 9am The swimming pool ,although closed was full of filthy green water, not a nice impression at all

Toilets near the pool in communal areas, these totally unusable by the state in which they are. Lack of care in the presentation of breakfast. A really beautiful beach does not belong to the hotel, it's just very close to the hotel's beach but you can not have a sunbed there…But both beaches as well as the water are full of garbage! Bottles, cigarettes, whatever!They do NOT have any fresh juices, even coconut juice! Just crazy!White walls in the rooms – supposed to be beautiful and stylish, but not when they are grey and even dirty, especially in the bathroom, like in dormitory or cheap hostel.They are not happy to offer you tea or coffee at breakfast or tell you anything (for instance that you can get eggs- one day they take a pan out and one day it remains in the kitchen! So you won't even guess of the option). Breakfast itself is very poor – I could eat only eggs and flakes. No sausages, meat or fish at all. Flies "occupying" all the fruits.I had a room with Jacuzzi. Well, only one water (air) outputs worked out of two. Satisfying for me as I was alone.They would never help you find shade at the beach. When I asked to get a sunbed in a shade so that I didn't disturb other numerous guests (who were not staying at the hotel but just came for a day stay at the beach from a ship), they acted as if I asked them to work the whole day. On other beaches (much cheaper, by the way) I even did not have to ask, they, like, foresaw what people wanted.Small sun umbrellas that never made enough of a shade, so eventually my legs got burned.Small portions and expensive food in European restaurant. Thai restaurant a bit cheaper, I liked it better. But the European is definitely overpriced, even in comparison to European prices, let alone Thai ones.Almost all stuff do not speak any English, so that you cannot even ask the difference between two meals.Prices for massage start from 1500!At 3 pm still my room wasn't cleaned, though I was out of it for a breakfast and beach.

Review 48：Everything! The beach was clean and the water so clear. Our villa with pool was an excellent choise, decorated with a sense of harmony, as well as the garden. The staff was wonderful and caring and I´m sure this is the place I´m returning to next time I´ll visit Koh Kood.

If you have a free minibar and ask for Tonic Water instead of soda, you would think that house keeping could fix that without having to make a phonecall to some boss... I guess the staff would benefit from being able to take some decicions on their own?!
