Review 1：- In the 3-person room the toilet was separated from the beds just by a curtain.

Review 2：- Quiet location but still close enough to the beach and nightlife by Tuk Tuk, scooter or even walking to the main road then catching the bus. - Excellent staff and owner (Erik) made us feel very welcome - Home made breakfast served every day for free. - Fantastic value for money - Clean & comfortable rooms with AC. But don't expect luxury - Well maintained property

Review 3：Great price and a perfect place to head out to Unawatuna or Galle. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. What I liked the most is that it's near Dalawella Beach, according to many the most beautiful beach in Sri Lanka; I totally agree on that!

Review 4：we aspected the excellent dinner with a local cook, as offered on the website. But he was away, so we had to go to the Wijaya restaurant on the main road - very expensive and small portions The breakfast - only white bread with dhal curry

Review 6：300 metres walk to the main street is not a big problem, but often there are aggressive dogs barking at you what makes the walk less pleasant. Grab a stone and they disappear...

Review 8：we stayed at the dream view villa for a view days. although we arrived in the middle of the night we were welcome very nicely. especially the ownerin of the hotel was simply great. she helped us every time and was a really great cook too. also all other people working there were helpful, friendly and always in a good mood. the rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. we are looking forward staying there again! petra

Review 9：1. The directions at the time of booking on websites said it's 400m from Unawatuna Beach, whereas Unawatuna is actually about 3km away (Nilani said she was going to correct this on priority, so it might be ok now). The closest beach is Vijaya Beach. Also if you are taking the train, get down at Thalpe station instead of Galle - that's the closest from here. The closest bus stop is Mihiripanna. 2. The phones were not reachable at all, and we spent a long time hunting for the place around Unawatuna before we found a tuk-tuk driver who knew the way (Nilani again said she was going to get the phones up in order on priority, but try be sure of the location on Maps so you can get here without effort). 3. Must avoid the 1st room to the right immediately as you enter.. The bathroom fittings (pot, shower, etc) are in the bedroom itself! 4. Breakfast was not included as part of our stay

Review 10：We were 4 members and stayed a night here. While it's difficult to make anyone feel at home in such a short time, Dream View Villa did. The villa is owned by and was designed by a Swedish gentleman, and is taken care of by Nilani and her family. The first thing you notice about the place is that it's impeccably clean! The bathrooms and bedrooms are spotless, the villa itself whitewashed to the cleanest white, and the furniture shining all the time.. A lot of hard work goes into it of course, and we could see it for ourselves when a couple of guests vacated their rooms in the morning and the family immediately got down to work scrubbing and cleaning patiently and with utmost care.. Nilani is delightful to talk to, and is the most amazing cook!! Her elder sister (whom we called Didi) doesn't speak much but her sparkling eyes and forever cheerfully smiling face win you over; and Supun, their house help, is innocent and adorable.. A wonderful family stay experience, and definitely recommended..
