Review 1：We have stayed here many times whenever we come to Chico and it is just a perfect fit for our needs. We are both in our 80's and they are always so kind to us!
Review 2：The only thing that was a little annoying that the keys did not work every night, and we had to get them redone 3 times.
Review 3：The best part of your Inn was the staff you had working for you. They were all very friendly and helpful.
Review 4：I was very disappointed for the price I paid and for the experience I had. The room smelled, stains and filty carpet, stains on sheets and confiter, filty dirty bathroom, closet doors hanging off,dirty walls, blow dryer not working and old bed. Defitnetly not what the pictures show on their website.
Review 5：First room had a large stain on the carpet and smelt like dog pee. I went and got a second room which was only slightly better. Carpet was disgusting, I didn't dare go bare foot. At checkout there was an individual in the lobby that would leave the premises and the desk clerk had to yell at him to leave and they had words. It was a scar.y situation.

Review 7：Got some snarky responses from one of the staff. Lack of premium cable channels (i.e., HBO). Also, given that everyone travels with portable electronic devices these days, there was no good place to plug in chargers. Continental breakfast was kinda sparse.

Review 13：The mattress was so hard, I may just as well been sleeping on the floor. The AC in the bedroom area (I was in a suite) kept shutting off. The shower curtain wasn't wide enough to cover entire tub making a lot of water mess on the floor. The Cable was missing several channels (about a third) compared to the guide that was provided.

Review 19：To be honest, I'm surprised at the relatively favorable rating of this property. There are worse-rated hotels in Chico, and I would hate to see them. The staff were helpful and kind, but the fact is that the room was dingy and plain dirty. The carpet is stained everywhere, ditto the bedspread. A nice brown streak ran across my sheets. The room smelled quite moldy. Large, cockroach-looking bugs came out of the unsealed bathroom corner. Then there was a party on the landing just outside our room at around 3am. It felt like a flophouse. On checkout, the fellow at the desk offered that the bugs I'd seen were likely water beetles and not roaches, and nicely offered to take $10 off my bill. Perhaps the owners are absentees, I don't know. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, some more and some less than the $80/night rate I booked here. For this place, I'll say that for any amount of money, the least they can do is clean up.

Review 21：I booked a king and asked specifically if we could check in by noon because we had a wedding to attend to at 2 and we would need to get ready after traveling for 4 hours. We walked in to a rude gentlemen stating that we wouldn't be able to check in till 3 because they were booked last night. I said well, this concerns me as this was my only request. He said I have doubles but it's going to be the same price. For what we pid it wasn't that big of deal but owning a customer service business, I would've fired him! :)

Review 25：The bed was a little to hard for my liking and the motion sensor lights were extremely annoying, we had to keep getting up to turn the light on while we were just relaxing and watching tv and the first night we had a cell phone plugged in near the bathroom light and it kept coming on in the middle of the night. Also the AC was very loud!!

Also the smoking people would stand outside our rooms, which the air conditioner sucked in. The room looked ok, but the bathroom was dirty. I requested a room with one queen size bed instead of two, when he arrived he was put in a room with two queen size beds & down-stair, I called on Monday asking for Monica to return my call as of today 10/23 I have yet to get a call. I spoke to a young man on Monday & he stated that we didn't stay there, I than gave him the room number . Review 47：The room was not clean. There were fries on the floor next to the bed that were not vacuumed. The ironing board cover was dirty and stained. The entire furniture appeared to be dirty as well.

Review 55：My husband and I really liked the price of our room and its proximity to downtown chico but the pros end there. The furniture in the room was dirty and stained, even the lampshades looked like they had sweat stains on them. The tv did not have a remote and when I went to call the front desk I realized our phone didn't work. I called on my cell phone and was told they didn't know where to find another remote so we were just out of luck. The wifi had a password on it. I couldn't find anything in the room telling me what it was. I would probably pay more and stay somewhere nicer next time.
Review 56：Some Lights and microwave didn't work. One remote was missing. A lot of bums cruising the lot, and digging around in the trash. The ashtrays had no bottem so there were cigarette butts on the floor underneath. Ya, a lot of bums.
Review 57：It was a standard cheap hotel room. The hotel clerk was very nice. They gave us plenty of toiletries. Big room with seperate couch area, and a jet tub. Pretty nice as far as the room goes.

Review 120：We were given a downstairs suite that was supposedly non-smoking but reeked of smoke. The deadbolt also didn't work. The room looked like it had been partied hard in. We requested another room and were given an upstairs suite. This was an improvement, but many things were wrong. The phone and tv remotes didn't work, the closet doors were off and leaning against the closet, there was a bunch of ice in the refrigerator that dripped when the door was opened, and the towel bar in the bathroom fell off when we put a washcloth on it. We also wrote a note to the maid and requested nothing be done with the bedding, just to replace the towels and washcloths which we laid on the floor. The maid did not even enter the room, saying that there was a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. We had taken that off at 9:00am, and the lady at the front desk said that she had done that before. The man at the front desk - who was by far the most pleasant part of our stay - replaced the towels and washcloths when I asked for them later that evening when we returned to the room. The room was fairly inexpensive, but I will definitely stay somewhere else if we stay in Chico again.

Review 122：I called a week before my trip to inquire some information about the room. Their response was I had no reservation? That's funny because I booked a month ago with email confirmation. So I called booking.com, and the problem was resolved. Good thing I called a week ahead? So when I arrived to the main office to check in, again, no reservation. Very frustrating to this point because I called a few days ago to formally confirm for the second time now. So I immediately call booking.com. Finally after another communication between the agents I then received the exact room I originally booked after the third reservation attempt. This transaction was poor because of poor administration by the hotel. Hope it gets better?
Review 123：The location is close to downtown. Lots of places to eat and drink without driving.
