Review 3：Everything was as expected. True four star hotel. Best was the rail station next door. It is like staying in the hearth of krakow at half price in a wonderfull four star hotel. Train will take you to the city in 15 minutes. Very close to the salt mine is another plus.

Review 8：I will always remember this as the efficiently-run hotel with the wackiest décor. Efficient business-style accommodations meet off-the-wall styling, from an elegantly framed 3D picture of dogs to the juxtaposition of tech and Victorian furniture. It's clean, well-run, unique, and a real value for the money. What can be better for a weary traveler than that?

Review 9：Our room wasn't prepaired when we arrived at 2:30pm. We were send aways from check in very quick, without informations than local people before us.

Review 17：Clean, new and comfortable hotel. Air-conditioned modern rooms. Close to the Wieliczka Salt Mine (about 15 min walk). Train station right next to it for an easy connection to Kraków.

Review 18：12pm sharp when we were on our way out the door to check out the phone rang saying "your time is finish it's time to check out". Seriously? Really destroyed the whole experience.

Review 29：The staff was great. Mrs. Kasia at the reception was very helpfully with everything! She gave us very good travel tips, she gave us a map and she was very kind for our doughter. The rooms were big and the food was fine. Breakfast was good as well. Location very close to the salt mines (Wieliczka).

Review 49：This was the very first time I've been requested to pay up-front during the check-in in a 4* hotel - that's something one would expect in a hostel. No clening/making beds even though we were out for the whole day - had to call the reception to get some clean towels. The most peculiar way of greeting guests: instead of "Hello!" it was "Are you from travelist?" (whatever it means). I heard this about a dozen of times in less than 48h.
