Review 3：I came late at night and find my reservatin for three rooms were occubied by a basketball team, but after long discussion the hotel try to compromise with me and gave me two rooms one of them is a king room with extra beds and gave a discount for one room that was not available. Initially , I was not happy , but they did their best to make me feel happy.

Review 4：the woman in the receptionist asked me for pay for late check out around (2:00) and when I told here that I've told you about my late she said ok, she work without clear rules.

Review 24：A small shopping mall, a supermarket, Mcdonalds is right behind the hotel. It is 10 min by car from the Zoo.

Hot water had almost zero water pressure. It is good if you like cold showers. Noise from the main street. motorcycles and trucks will keep you awake all night. TV stations selection for a hotel of this price is horrible. I travel to Bursa a lot. Advice: Stay at the Ibis. Better price. Better hotel. Almost same location.

We had a problem with getting a ticket via our credit card, and allwhat they did is sending us to the mall to get it. I tried some of theirdesserts and I did not like at all. Finally, we asked for the cleaner toclean the bathroom, but have not came till the next day.
