Review 1：If you're driving, arrive early at the hotel, otherwise you might have to park nearby at a coin-operated carpark instead!
Review 2：The place was clean and beds comfy, and it was also near an AEON mall!
Review 3：First of all, the hotel is designed for small people. I am 164cm, and if I stand on my tiptoes in the bath, I reach the ceiling with my head. It is alright for me though, just if you are taller you might be a bit uncomfortable. The room is quite dusty - a lot of dust in hard to reach places (like, behind the tv or refrigerator), and even my things accumulate a layer of dust overnight. Not much, but might be a problem if you are allergic.
Review 4：The location is actually good. If you come to Tokyo for shopping, you do not needmuch else - there are at least 3 big shopping malls nearby. The room is small but comfortable. The minimarket is accessible from the hotel, so you do not need to get outside. Microwave is available on the first floor. Provided amendities are high quality
Review 5：Over all, Hotel is good for travelers who are always out, however ill point out some points below: The cleaning was not that good, there was a lot of dust under the bed and around some areas of the rooms which seamed to be there fora long time and was never cleaned when we were staying there. cleaning time was in the afternoons only - which is common in some hotels - but as the we were not in for two days, the cleaner didn't knock on the days we were in to ask to clean the room, and we had to remind the reception after few days to come and clean our rooms. tables were not cleaned regularly also bed sheets were not changed daily. English speaking staff were only available in the night shifts, mornings we had to use the translator App on the phone, it wasn't a big issue anyways. Rooms are very small and there was hardly any place to walk around.
Review 6：The location is great, right next to Hashimoto JR Station, also close to shopping & restaurants areas. staff are very very friendly and always helpful. There was a mini store/supermarket with a connected door to the Hotel reception open late at night (24/7 I believe) which was very helpful. coin operated washing machine, drier, Free wifi available.
Review 7：Slightly inflexible on allowing us to park in their carpark only after 3pm even though we were there at 2.30pm & all the lots were free.
