Review 1：WAS TOO HOT A NIGHT HAD TO LEAVE THE WINDOW OPEN EVERY NIGHT. THERE WAS NO WAY TO REGULATE THE TEMPERATURE. WAS NO COFFEE OR TEA MAKER. WIFI WAS TERRIBLE. WAS VERY INTERMITTENT.

Review 2：Good clean room, wood floor, comfortable bed, a nice tv and spacious shower. It's got an aparthotel feel to it. The free parking in front of the hotel was a nice bonus. It's very close to Iulius Mall and about 15 minutes walk from the Center. Staff was very friendly. Lastly, the price is extremely good considering the above.

Review 10：Many hotels in Romania including this one do not have lifts so taking heavy suitcases up to the room can be an issues for some travellers.

Review 11：Located very close to a lovely shopping mall. Easy access to buses to town and taxis. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was comfortable had a mini bar. Coffee was available at the bar downstairs.

Review 12：Excellent location for me. Parking a bit crowded but "welcome to Iași" - it's a crowded city! Reception staff outstanding; their English far far better than my very limited Romanian. They were extremely helpful when I had flight problems and needed to stay an extra night. Very friendly, would return here just for the difference this makes.

Iulius Mall and cinema is very close and also convenient tram and bus stops to the center and also to into the outskirts of the city. Extremely friendly staff. Every morning complimentary coffee or tea. They also offered a slightly lower price because the last room available on Booking.com was a triple room, while the double room was a bit cheaper, and was available on arrival. Free wifi and cable TV.

Review 25：Big room and good bed. Location is ok. It's away from the road so not that much noise from the street. But I always bring my earplugs when I travel.

Review 26：- Very expensive for what it offers.- Although it was recently renovated (painted walls, new windows, air conditioning), the floors were worn out, the bathroom improvised (the leak from upstairs was hanging right in the middle, the shower door very uncomfortable and the wall plasterboard). - There was a noise from outside all night long (thank God it was too cold to sleep with the window open), the airport is really close as well.

Review 30：This hotel should have at least one star more. The staff attitude is better than in 4 star hotels I´ve been. Plus it is on great place (center not far, taxi station near, shopps as well. Rooms are standard and clean. I can only strongly recomend this hotel.

Review 106：The triple room was on 3rd floor with no elevator. We had lots of luggage and it was miserable going up all those stairs. The in-house telephone system doesn't work, and so any communication with staff requires gong up and down 3 flights of stairs. The fridge in the room was so noisy, we couldn't sleep with it on. The next day, we found out it wasn't cooling anything anyway. The stand the holds up the shower head was broken. So you had to hold the shower head the whole time you're taking a shower. You had to stick your hand up into the toilet paper container if you wanted any paper. It didn't work well. There were only two electrical outlets. One for the fridge that didn't work and one above your head in the corner behind the curtains.

Review 107：We had a triple room for my wife, my mother, and I. (Room 305) Location in typical residential area. Not too far from airport. Taxi there is 19-21 Lei. The staff at front desk were especially helpful and the hotel provides a map of the center of the city upon request. They also printed out a map of directions back to the hotel. Very friendly and excellent English. Excellent hot water and plenty of space in the shower and bathroom. Wifi good and strong with a router on each floor. Important in today's world. The mattresses were comfortable and we did not try the A/C
